The pet cab made a mistake they was at another address with our yorkie and that made us nervous that she would deliver the wrong dog

It all went well, but we weren’t called before our puppy was delivered. Our driver said his phone had no service. Not a good excuse.

The driver was so sweet and patient. We had a hard time getting my dog out the crate and she didn't rush me. She helped us up with the crate. She was very kind

Communication was good with letting us know the window our puppy would arrive and then again 15 minutes before arrival. I appreciate the driver changing her pee pad in her crate before coming to the door. It appears the driver also gave her water upon arrival. She was very thirsty which made me wonder when was the last time she received water. The plane landed at 9:00 in Long Beach and we did not receive her until 5:00. That is a long time for her to be in transport.

They did a good job but when my puppy arrived their water had spilled in the crate so my puppy was wet and food was mixed with their water. Also, the driver did not ask for my ID before leaving the puppy.

Everything was good except for one thing. Our puppy was delivered in a carrier that looked like it had been through a lot of banging around. It is broken and cannot be used again. I’m wondering was this little 2 pound puppy in it at the time it was damaged Or was she shipped in the cargo area. The last time we had a puppy delivered she came in a beautiful travel airplane approved carrier. I am shocked over this.

The gentleman was polite and professional. He called and kept me informed as to my puppy's arrival. My only disappointment was my puppy was covered in pee and his cage had vomit.

4.5 stars! I appreciated the phone calls with updates and verifying the location for delivery, etc. The only issue I had was when I saw Max take the dog out of the car; he kind of swung the crate and when the puppy was dropped off inside, the water was all over his pad and feet. It's just water, and the puppy is fine, but maybe don't swing the crate around for this poor tiny new puppy who is probably scared..... He did not know I was watching him through the window when he arrived.

We did not get a call with a window the day before. Which they claimed a message was left. I had to call in the morning cuz I did’t know if the plane had landed. The driver was a very caring and passionate lady and took care of my puppy. I just think ur communication could be a lil better.
