Delivery as promised. Puppy had pooped in his crate and was dirty and smelly. I still love him. Thanks for doing your job.

Thanks for the review! We do clean out the kennels and wipe the Pups down after they land and do our best to clean them up after a day of travel. Our driver did mention that your pup had just gone the bathroom again during the ride from the airport and that he cleaned your puppy up on the road and mentioned to you that a bath would be a good idea. Congrats on your new family member !

Great service. Our driver Neal kept us informed about the expected arrival time . Very courteous and concerned about the welfare of the puppy in his charge.

Niko was great and friendly. They called me the night before to give me a window of time and came right in the middle of the window. Not sure if it was their fault or not but we found a tick on our puppy when we got her.

Thanks for your review and we will let the company you bought your puppy from know about the tick. As we only have the puppy from the airport to your house, we can ensure it didn't come from our transportation. All of our vehicles are sanitized after each day and we ensure that additional cleaning is done if a flea or tick is ever reported. Niko's vehicle will now undergo additional cleaning due to your review. Thanks for letting us know.

The only problem I had was waiting for a phone call and I was expecting her at 12:30 nobody called and didn't get here till 2 or 2:30 I was a little worried. Other than that it was great, He was very very nice, he had a busy day. But just call.. Really I would have given you fives all the way across if someone had called me ,then I would know what was going on.

Our puppy came to us covered in poop. It's understandable that during his travels he would go to the bathroom but it would have been nice for him to be cleaned before his arrival.

Thanks for the feedback. All puppies and travel crates are cleaned when they arrive at the airport and then we check them during transit to your house. Sometimes pets go to the bathroom after our last check, but we can ensure you that it would have been a recent accident and not something they traveled in long. We hope you are enjoying your new addition to your family and that your first weekend was great!!

On the hole very good the reason I did not put excellent is because I had to contact my project manager for information rather than her keeping me in the loop a list of what is required should be given right at the start not you will need this and that as you go along I was lucky I had done it all before so I had a rough idea what was needed but for someone who is doing it for the first time it have been difficult for them for example there was not mention or IRM number until I mentioned it and the reply was oh yes you will need that !! Apart from that everything went smoothly

Puppy disembarked around 10am. I finally called at noon to see where he was at as I had no information regarding company, driver or eta. Some of that was Puppy Spots responsibility. However, when I called, the person answering let me know that I should have received a phone call with his eta and that in fact, it was marked that I had been called. This was false and they verified with me they had the right number. Changeover with dog was quick and efficient otherwise.

Driver was lovely, pleasant and kind. She explained the items she had with her and gave us our puppy. Puppy was not delivered during the time frame given but was only about a half hour late.

Our driver Neil texted us in advance and showed up on time, The puppy was fine but the crate was completely wet inside and smelled badly. I think the puppy was treated fine but there were no papers to sign and I had to ask where are the papers etc.

Thanks for taking the time to review and we are sorry we couldn't give you five-star service. When Tina arrived at the airport our team cleaned her crate and made sure she was ready for the van ride to your house. Our drivers do check during the transport to see if they need to clean the crate again, but sometimes the pets go to the bathroom after this is done. For paperwork, due to Covid, we have been asked not to have anyone sign anything, so we try to respect everyone's space and honor social distancing. We hope you are enjoying your new addition and if there is anything we can do in the future, please let us know!!

The driver and contact on the day of delivery were excellent. The day before the dog came home, I called the office and left a message through their limited menu options. They never called me back, so I had to take the initiative on the day of delivery to get information through puppy spot.
