“My puppy was delivered safe & sound. I was notified of her arrival by Phylicia only 8 minutes in advance. Phylicia had trouble navigating to my home which is on a main road in my village. She was not familiar with the area.”

“He was great, PuppySpot was an issue. This dog only had a pee pad in crate, no blanket, awful. He just picked up what they gave him.”

Thanks for the review! As the last mile piece of your puppy's journey home My Pet Cab takes over once the airplane lands. We do know for puppy safety no blankets are allowed in the kennels while in the airplane but we will pass on your review concern to the company where you purchased your pup . Congratulations on a new family addition!

“Was notified a good amount ahead of arrival. The puppy's food was supposed to arrive with her but there wasn't any. I'm not sure if it was lost in transport or if the breeder didn't include it.”

“We very were excited and pleased to have our little puppy delivered to us yesterday in good health and spirits! Thank you very much. There was one important detail that may have been missed? And, that was I was supposed to receive a call on my cell phone when the courier was on their way?”

“A representative from My Pet Cab called me the day prior to confirm the ETA for our new puppy and give the driver’s name. The day of delivery, I received a strange call from someone I barely heard or understood, but eventually figured out was a different driver delivering our puppy. He arrived with my filthy puppy and again was difficult to understand, but had the necessary paperwork so we had a successful handoff. A call from My Pet Cab relaying the change in plans would have gone a long way.”

“The handler was very kind and attentive. I think it would be helpful to have some sort of running water/wipes to help clean the puppies after travel- the puppy arrives very dirty and covered in her own sick. That was my only worry really- but the handler seemed very sweet and was comforting her.”

“He was on time and at first I was very happy, but when I got him inside and saw that he had gone (urinated) in his crate and had sat in it a while, that wasn't great. I had to wash him first thing. Someone should have washed him up and washed his crate before delivering him.”

“The process was very smooth. The reps stayed in contact with us from a few days prior until pick up. The location was easy to find and there were no delays. I would definitely use their service again.”

“Over all I am pleased as I’ve had a very poor experience in the past with the transportation of a pet. I was a bit shocked to see a young man get out of a Land Rover with my pet in the back seat. I was under the impression that this was a professional driver and a delivery vehicle. Not a personal vehicle. Nonetheless the young man was pleasant and my new puppy seamed happy so all ends well.”
