“Communication was great - kept me apprised of our puppy's schedule and updates which helped ease our anxiety about the travel. Tim brought the puppy to the front door and gently introduced Luna who very quickly adapted to her new environment. This is how I know she was well cared for in the transportation - Thank you!”

“The driver was very professional and got our new puppy to us before 9:30 am. This was great because the original time given to us was 3:30 pm and there was a huge snow storm set to start later that day. So we were very happy with their prompt delivery of our new puppy.”

“My little Bichon puppy renamed ( Lily Mae) was delivered to my front door safely. I am very pleased with the service and care that she was given. If I ever buy another puppy I would be very glad to use My Pet Cab .We were looking at our first BIG snow storm. Spot worked with My Pet Cab to get my baby to get home before our storm hit. I will always be very thankful for all of the extra though and planning went into my little Lily Mae home, safe and sound. Thanks again Judy”
