“Pretty bad customer service. First says you can get a credit note for exchanges for Sale Items but later says they can’t accept returns since no one is in the country/warehouse to accept it since their whole team is in Dubai enjoying their vacation. I can’t believe a company in the U.K. would actually do this, very reckless and childish behavior from an online grand like this. This is my 3rd purchase but they didn’t even care to refund/help me with the exchange considering this is not my first purchase with them. Someone needs to tell the owner the basics of business and how to maintain customer loyalty cause they got 0% care for their customers. Wouldn’t shop again here which is disappointing since their quality is pretty good.”

“Asked for an exchange when the order was massive and did not respond. I had to open a case to get them to respond and even then I still haven't received my exchanged order. Fortunately in the end PayPal have closed the case rightly so in my favour. Poor communication from them and I'd be stuck if I hadn't of had any buyers protection!”

“Terrible customer service. When my parcel never arrived the customer service basically said “we have lots of customers there’s nothing we can do”. The clothes arrived maybe 3 months later thanks to getting in contact with Evri (with no assistance from Tela Cruz). The clothing size was ridiculous. I ordered a matching tracksuit in medium size. I am 5’10 200lbs. The bottoms were extremely tight around the waist and legs and the inseam seemed oddly short and the hoodie was comically oversized. Both said M on the label but seemed more like S and XXL. 0/10 if I could”

“Returned a hoodie because it was too big and repurchased two more in the size down (first time ordering). I had to pay for returns which is fair enough but then was refunded the further reduced priced of £40 instead of £54 what I originally paid. The customer service hasn’t been helpful and have said they have people return to make a saving on the further reductions therefore they refund the lower price even tho I returned a different size to what I repurchase and stated the issue on email. Not sure you can pick and choose how much you refund to be honest. Wouldn’t repurchase or recommend. Disappointing as would of purchased more if this wasn’t my first experience”
