“I purchased this chandelier on 01/03 with delivery time 1-2 weeks. After numerous calls and emails to customer service if finally arrived in the middle of April. Two shades out of six were broken.
I quickly notified the customer service and was told I will be getting another one and they will organise a collection of the old one afterwards.
Well today we have 27/05 and after nearly 3 months from my original order I am still waiting for my chandelier.
My original order is 1000512455 and the replacement is S120624.
On 18/05 I received another email from Heals that my delivery date will be between 9th and 23 of June. Looking forward to see my chandelier then. Maybe….”
“Ordered two rugs and one was the wrong colour. Customer service level in returning the item was shockingly bad. Very disappointed and would expect more of Heal's. Quality of rugs also poor. Shop from Nordic Nest instead and delivery was within 5 days. I waited several weeks with Heal's!”
“Heals’ service utterly terrible from start to finish - 3+ months to deliver 2 bulbs with multiple attempts to co fact customer support? Easily the worst e-commerce experience CS I’ve had in 20 years and one that will ensure I never shop with Heals again, plus tell as many people as possible to do the same.”
“The marble wasn’t seated properly (raised at one end, sunken at the other). There were multiple defects - took pictures and sent to Heal’s. Waited so long for the table, was offered and booked delivery 3 times - twice was then told it was cancelled / not in stock after taking annual leave to wait in for a delivery that never came. Heal’s blamed it on a new warehouse system being implemented. Eventually returned the damaged item and asked for a refund. This was granted minus the delivery fee of £75. Had to complain to get the delivery fee refunded as the item was delivered damaged. Terrible experience from start to finish.”
“The bed received was not the measurements quoted on Heals website and are not UK standard size for mattress. Customer Services was nonexistent for helping to have bed removed. I waited in all day for removal and despite promise of date, had not even been booked in. Appallingly bad service. Still my complaint has not been resolved to V12 direct debit. Heals need to look into this and save other customers to trouble I have had and still having.”
“Very disappointed with the level of customer service from Heal's. We were encouraged to place an order because the chairs were available only to discover that they were delayed, and then were reduced in the sale so we could have hot them more cheaply and just as quickly if we hadn't been encouraged to place the order promptly. The delivery was incorrect. Customer services are disjointed so every conversation with them had to start afresh. Not at all impressed.”
“No space for a mount, checked the product spec in detail prior to purchase but just impossible to predict this issue. Now stuck with useless frames. John Lewis next time and going forward”

Heals customer service has been very poor with extremely slow communication. This was backed up by the sales person in the branch who didn’t have a good word to say about the service department or delivery company
Will think twice about making future purchases from Heals given the cost vs the customer care”
“The quality of the plates is great, but the customer service poor. When I was chatting to a friend about this, he mentioned the only time he had ordered there were similar problems and equally poor service - so clearly not an isolated incident. Will avoid going forward, there are much better retailers out there.”
