“customer service here is a disaster. i ordered a tala chandelier in oct. it arrived with a broken bulb, called customer services and was told i can exchange in person and it was in stock. went into store and was told initially i cant exchange it because of the order number (order number S0017-00000895) . then i was told yes we will exchange it for u but sorry its out of stock. completely wasted my time.
when the replacement bulb arrived turns out the chandelier itself was faulty and i had to call customer service to get an exchange (S118503) on 11 nov.
its now dec and after countless emails of no replies and calls of which im waiting at least 20mins to get to someone on the line, only to be told they will get back to me. no one has. its as though heals just took ur money and flushed it down the bin. pls! i just want my chandelier!!!!!!!”
