“Lego is very small you charging twice more than on Lego official site , which I finding disgusting. Will never buy again definitely would not recommend”

Hi Anna, Sorry to hear you're not happy with the price charged however this is an exclusive item to LEGO stores and therefore we charge a little over retail price as we have to pay full retail price on the item you ordered. However the full price is displayed on the website when ordering therefore if you're not happy with the price I'm wondering why you placed the order for the item? Kind regards Adam

“To be honest the mystery bags were okay. The service wasn't the best at first as I didn't get a response after a few days, but it turned out my email had gone into their spam folder. When they did response, they were helpful and quick, and were also very apologetic. My free gift had not been applied to my order when I purchased it but they have since amended the issue and are sending me a free gift.”

“I absolutely love the business model and the fact that you hold retired Lego sets! My sons are collecting the stunt bikes with their pocket money and have been saving up and buying one at a time. Meantime some of the riders got retired! I was so happy to come across your site and be able to purchase the sets. Thank you! You made my boys extremely happy. Thank you also for the gift and for the extremely quick delivery. We will definitely be buying more Lego for your store again in the future.”
