“WAAAY to big! At least an inch of space at the heel. Had to go and buy other shoes i(in the same size) and hope she grows into the big ones!”

Dear Customer, Thank you for the review and I am truly sorry to hear you received a pair that were in a less than perfect condition, we would never knowingly send out any item like this. We have looked into this for you with our warehouse team and found the pair to have no unpleasant odor, the smell was consistent with the materials that the shoes were made from and not as a result of the item being pre-used. It is however, very important to us that all our customers have an optimum shopping experience so we have not deducted the cost of the returns label from your refund, which has been processed for you. “So happy with my daughters shoes. Initially I ordered online and they were too big. There were just days to go before school opening. I called the shop the gentleman was so helpful. Ordered another pair smaller size over the phone and they arrived the following day.”

“Really quick service, lovely shoes at a good price. When l went to checkout it automatically asked if l wanted a returns voucher as l had ordered the same shoes in 2 sizes. I didn’t need to return either but good to know that for a £1 l had peace of mind. Would highly recommend!”

“Was trying to find a pair of boys shoes size 6 shoes, came across the websit and took a chance as usually go to Clark’s, glad I did. My son is starting secondary school and wanted something different so got him kickers he loves them and I love them as got 10% off and free delivery ordered them on a Sunday and got them Tuesday Morning. Will definitely order from them again even without the 10% discount. Already recommended to a friend and given her the booklet that was enclosed with the shoes”
