“The service from Hybrid was excellent however I very disappointed with the delivery service. They gave me a time slot for the delivery (4.40-5.40pm) and also asked for a safe place to leave the parcel in case I was out. I waited in all day for the parcel only to receive at 4.45pm a text saying the parcel couldn't be delivered because as no one was in to sign for it. The driver hadn't attempted to deliver the parcel as like I said I was in all day and also I can't see the point of asking for a safe place to leave it if they aren't prepared to leave it there without it being signed for. This meant I didn't receive the dress in time for the occasion which I ordered it. Like I say I was very pleased with service of Hybrid it was DPD I wasn't unhappy with.”
“I was impressed with the delivery,but was disappointed with the fit of my dress. I normally have a size 12 but this was definitely a smaller size. I also was not impressed with having to pay for both delivery AND returns so did not feel inclined to reorder. I hope my refund is as good as your delivery”

“Disappointed with the sizing. Am usually a size 10 but after an email enquiry was told to order a size up. The Size 12 was too much small especially around the top half, (couldn't get the zip anywhere near done up at the top) so it will be returned today. I have requested an exchange for a size 14, but I actually think it's also going to be too small around the top... Shame because I really liked it.
Delivery was very good.”
“Loved the dress but sizes seem to be on the small size and as a normal size 10 surprised to find it on the tight size especially across the bust so had to return and reorder a size 12 which fits perfectly.”

“I am normally a size 6 or even a 4 in some brands - with a 25'' waist and measuring only 5'2'' in height, so I bought the Vegas sequin dress in size 6 initially. When it came through, it felt too tight so I got a size 8 instead which fits perfectly. The dress is well made with great attention to detail and looks much more beautiful in reality than it does online - which is rarely the case with online shopping I find! Anyway, my only suggestion is to make sure you order one or two sizes bigger depending on your body shape as their clothes tend to run small. I have other Hybrid dresses (all size 6) and they are a perfect fit, very form hugging and with very good stitching so will get lots of use out of them for nights out. I think a good, sizing chart to make purchases easier for people is needed on the Hybrid website at the moment.”
“Hybrid would of got Very good mark off myself only That tried two dresses on to find the correct size . As I was trying the 12 on I accidentally stood on the tag ( in bare feet) and as I pulled the dress up the tag snapped off!
It states I cannot return the dress for a refund if this is snapped off.
So I am now left with a dress That does not fit me. As hybrid will not let me return for a refund. Please put them tags @ top of dress where this could be avoided. HDrury Liverpool”

“Was very pleased with the service. One thing I was not happy with was the added vat and delivery costs by the time I went to purchase. Thought I was getting a dress for 50, ended up costing me 84. Other than that I was happy.”
“Ordered item and full price, but in checking a few days later had been reduced by £40. Contacted customer service and asked for a refund of the difference to avoid having to return and reorder. They offered a credit, therefore would have made sense to return and get the cash. When I remained they reimbursed eye difference back onto my card. A little bit unhappy that the dress had reduced even further by another £18 just outside the 14 days.
Not sure whether I would order from hybrid again as 14 days to return item is not long when you have demand of work, family etc. Cautious as well given the fact the dress I had originally bought for 97.00 (which is a lot of money) can reduce quite significantly to £38 in just a matter of days.”

I recently found out about Hybrid through my friend Bernadette Hendron who bought beautiful dresses and is from Northern Ireland. I was blown away by the style and being from Dublin, I dont think many ladies would have the same dress I bought. A beautiful Jordan red dress.
I felt the 11 sterling delivery was a little steep and with the conversion into euro, I have paid 138 euro in total for delivery and dress. I also tried to avail of 10 per cent discount for first order but it didn't work out. I should have found discount code first.
However I will buy again but for special occasions like Christmas, work functions etc.
I still have to receive my purchase but I am sure it will arrive at work today.
