“I love your products and have 3 all in baby pink, the flasks keep my food warm enough to eat for around 7hrs. However, i was really disappointed not to be able to get onto the website and buy more products as these would make wonderful xmas presents.”

“I bought this bottle for my young son to take to school to encourage the fluid intake. He loved see the time on the bottle. However after cleaning it. I can smell the plastic. I’m hoping this will disappear.”

Thank you for your feedback - We advise hand washing our bottles only in warm soapy water; rinsing thoroughly and allowing all components to fully air dry. The Original Hydration Tracker lids can be taken apart to ensure all areas are cleaned and you can even use a thin brush to clean within the straw/spout. For a deeper cleanse you can use bicarbonate of Soda or a sterilising solution/tablet.

“Ordered two replacement bottles recently. Arrived promptly but one of the flip lids was defective. Reported this immediately to HydrateM8. After sending photographs a replacement lid was sent out, this took approximately 5 working days, slower than the original order fir two new bottles. All resolved now. Would recommend HydrateM8 bottles, great when exercising.”

Hello Wayne, Sorry to hear you initially had problems with one of your bottles - all of our products are premium quality and we have minimal faults so I'm sorry that you were affected on this occasion. I'm glad that this has now been resolved by the team and you can continue to use your bottle. I'm afraid Royal Mail have been experiencing some delays recently with certain parcels so we're really sorry the replacement lid took some time to get to you - I'll be sure to pass on your feedback to them regarding this. “I love my tracker bottle and it makes me drink regularly which I’ve never done before. My only issue is that the top doesn’t flip up like it should when I press the button.”

“Love the size and design for the food pots, taken them out into the hills twice now. After 6 hours pasta is still warm enough to eat but not hot. Keeps the fruit salad nice and cool. Love the folding spork and the system is completely leak proof.”

“I've had issues with my bottle leaking profusely when laying on its side. This isn't usually an issue when I just have it at my desk, but when it's in my bag or on the chair and falls and leaks then it's been a much bigger problem. Other than the leaking, the bottle itself is quite nice, good quality and the time tracker has helped me drink more water during the day.”
