“I’m very happy with the product - it’s the second one I’ve bought, but it took over 3 weeks to come. I contacted the customer service department and had no response!!!”

“Food pot good quality and keeps food hot/cold as described. The only slight fault is that I find it hard to open. would help if there were some raised bumps on the outside of the top and bottom to help with grip when opening the lid.”

“The bottles are light weight, they do keep the drinks hot and cold, and my children love them. Ideal for taking on picnics for my three to have plenty of cold drinks and for me to have a cuppa that stays hot all day long. Great!”

“Love my food container because the lid is the bowl to place my food and I have a spoon to. Disappointed to see that hydratem8 no longer sell the food pots as I wanted to order a smaller one too.”

“Not the best vacuum bottle - chillys definitely stay colder longer and are a nicer finish but it is a very good product.”

Thanks for your review. Our thermal bottles are made from 0.5mm thickness compared to the majority of our competitors being 0.4mm. If your bottle is not keeping hot or cold for the recommended amount of time, it seems this may be faulty so please contact our team on enquiries@hydratem8.co.uk so they can get this sorted for you.

“The products are great and are delivered promptly. They lose a star because the product range is so variable and sometimes there are no products for kids or coffee cups at all, the straws split easily, the minimum order value is high and the sale discounts aren't great on the food pots. It would be nice to be able to buy replacement straws.”

“The small food flask was not useful. In fact I have only used it twice. Hot food causes the lid to fasten tightly and I need to use an elastic band around the lid to unlock it. Totally disappointed with this product and would not order again or recommend it. However the thermos type water bottles have been fantastic. They do exactly as promised - keep the hot drinks very hot and cold drinks cold for the number of hours stipulated. I would recommend this product.”

“Bottles are great at keep the liquid cold or hot. However they do deny and scratch very easily. My bottles both look they they have been through the wars when I have had the most recent for less then 2 months”

“I’d rate the service as excellent, bu5 I feel the delivery charge is a little high. The products are great and we use them daily and the6 take a bit of abuse in bags, rolling about the floor in the car etc, but stand up really well to this type of daily use. Love them!”

Thanks Carrie - our products are made of premium quality materials so are quite durable. We do only offer one delivery charge however, this is a quick 1-2 working day service with detailed tracking, a 1 hour delivery slot and the ability to change your address/delivery date. “Really like my bottle, makes me drink so much more! Easy to use and carry, love the straw. Only criticisms are sometimes it leaks and because of the design its impossible to get all the drink out... also its not very easy to clean because of all the parts to the lid.”

We're pleased to hear your bottle is helping you up your fluid intake. If your bottle is leaking, please could you email our team and they will look into this for you. The email address is enquiries@hydratem8.co.uk. With regards to cleaning, the lid of the bottle can be taken apart including the straw and spout for easy cleaning. We also have straw brushes available on our website for those hard to reach areas :-)
