“Product overall very good and I've had no problems with it. Delivery was also superb and far quicker than expected. Only niggle is that with the design I picked, you can see how the print has wrapped around the bottle and has overlapped so it looks a little messy.”

Thanks for your review, Heather. We're pleased to hear you're happy with the bottle! Unfortunately, with our patterned bottles, this joining line is unavoidable as it's the way the flat pattern has been applied to a curved surface.

“The flower pattern bottle is fab. The plain yellow one scratches very easily. Water is kept cold and coffee hot as advertised. Great, prompt service”

“My second bottle from HydrateM8. Still good quality and reasonably priced but seem to have an issue with the new one leaking when on its side through the lid not straw part. Obviously if I don’t put it on it’s side it won’t leak but my first didn’t do this. *I have since without asking had contact from the HydrateM8 customer service team who have offered to replace my bottle. Given that this was offered many months after and with no effort on my part I see this as great service*”

“I only use the bottle for cold water but it really does work at keeping cold drinks cold for very long periods of time. I had my bottle personalised which looks really nice although the writing is maybe a little big for my tastes. The bottle is very bulky for the amount of liquid that it holds which I guess is due to the insulation. This means that it does take up quite a lot of space in bags and when full can be quite heavy. I went for a light blue colour and it became quite marked and scratched pretty much from the first day from going in and out of my bag. So if I were buying another one I would go for a darker colour.”

“I love my HydrateM8 tracker bottle. It definitely helps me to stay hydrated throughout the day, and goes everywhere with me! I do find that, on occasion, it leaks if the straw isn't fully closed. This can be due to me or it does sometimes pop open slightly of its own accord. Another thing that would be useful, would be to have a clip on the bottle so that I could attach it to rucksacks/other bags.”

We're pleased to hear that you're loving your HydrateM8 and have noticed a difference in your fluid intake. The spout does need to be fully closed to prevent leaking, otherwise the bottle will not be completely sealed. We will pass your suggestion on to our team regarding the clip :-)

We're glad you love your bottle. Our delivery prices are set by our couriers. The delivery service is usually next day and you are provided with detailed tracking, a one-hour time slot and the ability to change the address/delivery date.
