“Good product. I was expecting a 10% discount voucher when I signed up but never got one, I emailed and was told to check my spam but nothing there. But they did have some 20% promotion later so worked out”

“Bought the product as it was nice & slim and would fit in my car cup holder. It keeps my coffee so hot I’ve had to make it at a lower temp so I’m able to drink it! One tiny issue is that it’s not overly ergonomic if held for a longer period. I took it with me on a dog walk and it felt a bit uncomfortable in my hand after a while. Usually I’d stick it in a backpack so not a big deal.”

“Got this for my teenage daughter to take hot food to school in this cold weather. She loves it so much after rejecting the first two I bought previously. Mo said her lunch remains hot from when she leaves home to join school bus at 7am to her lunch break at 1pm. She now takes lunch to school more than 3 times weekly . Very happy & pleased with the purchase, money well spent !!! I will be buying one for myself soon! Moniqueskitchen Enfield”

“My query regarding delayed delivery was resolved quickly. The bottle I ordered is good quality but the flip release button often gets stuck which does let the product down.”

“I purchased the coffee cup, first day I used it for work was a disaster, I emptied it on the evening, as it was still very hot, second day I got it right. The food cup, brilliant, keep my food hot, very well worth the money”

“Great quality bottle and great for keeping track and staying hydrated during the day especially at work. I did get an email 2 days after my purchase saying they’re doing 50% off which was frustrating but apart from that its 10/10”

“I love your products and have 3 all in baby pink, the flasks keep my food warm enough to eat for around 7hrs. However, i was really disappointed not to be able to get onto the website and buy more products as these would make wonderful xmas presents.”

“I bought this bottle for my young son to take to school to encourage the fluid intake. He loved see the time on the bottle. However after cleaning it. I can smell the plastic. I’m hoping this will disappear.”

Thank you for your feedback - We advise hand washing our bottles only in warm soapy water; rinsing thoroughly and allowing all components to fully air dry. The Original Hydration Tracker lids can be taken apart to ensure all areas are cleaned and you can even use a thin brush to clean within the straw/spout. For a deeper cleanse you can use bicarbonate of Soda or a sterilising solution/tablet.
