I contacted customer service and did not have a response until 4 days later, they sent my tracking number saying it shipped on 1/22 but when I track my order it has not even been picked up by the post office and it 2/2!!! If I could give them a zero stars I would!!! They promptly took my payment on 1/9 though.”
