I contacted customer service and did not have a response until 4 days later, they sent my tracking number saying it shipped on 1/22 but when I track my order it has not even been picked up by the post office and it 2/2!!! “I find that the lid can be difficult to get off, and the handle is subject to 'loosening' while trying to take the lid off. I was super excited to get this mug, but find that I am opting to use my stanley because I don't want the handle to break off on my hydro jug. Super sad about it :(”
