I contacted customer service and did not have a response until 4 days later, they sent my tracking number saying it shipped on 1/22 but when I track my order it has not even been picked up by the post office and it 2/2!!! “I find that the lid can be difficult to get off, and the handle is subject to 'loosening' while trying to take the lid off. I was super excited to get this mug, but find that I am opting to use my stanley because I don't want the handle to break off on my hydro jug. Super sad about it :(”

“This cup is so lightweight but feels durable. My ice was still there for a full 24 hours. I like that the straw folds into the lid. Shipping took a lil whole but they were upfront snd ho est during sales that it will be a while so I wasn't concerned. I will def purchase more”
“My HydroJug tumbler arrived yesterday and I already love it! I love the design of the lid and I love that I can see how much water and ice I have in my cup through the clear lid. My only complaint is that they placed a sticker on the base of the water bottle and it left some residue... I wish companies didn't place stickers like that. But overall the cup is beautiful and the function is great! Perfect for my gym bag or bringing to work as it does not spill!”
