“Purchased a second jug and sleeve for my husband, forgetting that a straw doesn’t come with the pro (which is actually very confusing… how can it NOT come with a straw??!!). Took awhile to show up. Then realized NO STRAW!!! So I purchased, paid for additional shipping, and after almost a MONTH… no straw and shipping label has been printed for over 10 days but not shipped. No response from customer service!!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous. Not worth the aggravation or money. I will not be doing business with Hydrojug again… there are plenty of other companies that would appreciate my business and have better customer service.”
