“Really love the jug! Great quality, great materials, love the rubber bottom. I think I might have got one with a small defect due to it leaks if the lid is not screwed on just right. I have other hydro jugs and never had this issue. Would still recommend.”

“Fairly good product. I like the cup, but the straw broke in half after one day of use. It was covered under their warranty, and is replaced. However, it has been over two weeks and the replacement isn’t here. So expect long shipping time for your order and any replacements.”

The tracking for my order is still saying waiting to be picked up since 6 days ago. At this point I’m not excited about my order any more.
