“I never received my package and when I tried to reach out to Hydro Jug, i got an automated response that was no help nor answered my question. I reached out again asking for a refund for not receiving my purchase and i also did not get a response. I am very disappointed because i was very excited to try their new 40oz traveler.”
“Fairly good product. I like the cup, but the straw broke in half after one day of use. It was covered under their warranty, and is replaced. However, it has been over two weeks and the replacement isn’t here. So expect long shipping time for your order and any replacements.”

The tracking for my order is still saying waiting to be picked up since 6 days ago. At this point I’m not excited about my order any more. I didn’t expect it to take this long with no anticipated delivery date. I gave 2 stars because I’ve ordered before without issue but this is excessive.”
