“The stainless steel hydrojug is poorly made. The lid is so finicky and leaks easily. There is a straw included, but you still have to tip the jug each time to drink, which is the worst part probably. The straw is also not long enough to reach the bottom 1/4 of the jug so it’s pointless to have such a large bottle when you can’t even drink all of it. The ice really doesn’t last longer than 6-8 hours. Save your money and buy something else and more affordable.”
“Really love the jug! Great quality, great materials, love the rubber bottom. I think I might have got one with a small defect due to it leaks if the lid is not screwed on just right. I have other hydro jugs and never had this issue. Would still recommend.”

I reached out again asking for a refund for not receiving my purchase and i also did not get a response. I am very disappointed because i was very excited to try their new 40oz traveler.”
“Fairly good product. I like the cup, but the straw broke in half after one day of use. It was covered under their warranty, and is replaced. However, it has been over two weeks and the replacement isn’t here. So expect long shipping time for your order and any replacements.”
“I am not happy about the delivery time. I placed an order on 1/13 and it is February already. Still have not received my order. The tracking for my order is still saying waiting to be picked up since 6 days ago. At this point I’m not excited about my order any more. If I don’t get my order in the next week I’m going to need a refund.”
