If it was for me I wouldn't care but it was supposed to be part of a Valentines day gift which seems unlikely now after already waiting over a week before it was sent back to you guys. (Shipping and billing addresses are both correct.)”

“I’ve only had my HydroJug for about a week and I already ditched all of my other water bottles for it. I love that it is spill proof. Especially with active baby! It is so easy to throw in my bag on the go without worrying about a spill. It keeps ice whole for 24 hours and water colder even longer! Couldn’t recommend it enough!”

“My first hydro jug was the big one that came with a cover. It was great, except it did leak if it was knocked over. I ordered the traveller on the 29th, and I’m excited to try it. However it hasn’t even reached ups yet so I have no estimated delivery date. And recent comments on your instagram have me worried it will take longer than the “5-10” business days allotted to get it sent out.”
