“Would not recommend if you're expecting your item in a timely manner. Could not get in contact with anyone regarding my order I have yet to receive my order yet (going on 11 days) and shipping was never updated. Very disappointing.”

If it was for me I wouldn't care but it was supposed to be part of a Valentines day gift which seems unlikely now after already waiting over a week before it was sent back to you guys.
