“Love the traveler! So many great features. From the silicone straw, to the silicone bottom, the handle, and of course the no leak! Best water bottle purchase in a long time.”
“Would not recommend if you're expecting your item in a timely manner. Could not get in contact with anyone regarding my order I have yet to receive my order yet (going on 11 days) and shipping was never updated. Very disappointing.”
Please email our team at service@thehydrojug.com and they can help you track down your order if it has not arrived, it looks like it has now arrive thought let us know if not.
“This cup is the bomb. Its so light compared to its competitors. Shipping was quick and ordering was so easy! I will say I never got a delivery date, it just randomly showed up and I could never see where it was, which was a little annoying but not the end of the world!”
“I love this cup but it doesn’t keep ice very long that’s really my only complaint but maybe I just got one not sealed very well😞 but overall I love this cup! I love that it’s spill proof most of all.”
“I love my new cup so much! But I was upset that it came with a scratch already on it :( I got the pink sand so it’s kinda obvious, but it still is my favorite cup”
“I would give it a Zero if I could. I NEVER received my hydrojug. I received a notification that I was delivered but I never got it. I have been fighting to get a refund because my package never showed up but no one is doing a single thing about it and refuses to refund me.”
