“I've been using Hydro Jug products for a few years now, and I definitely have my favorites!
I love the glass products, so I do wish they would bring more sleeve options!”
“I love it so much! When I used it for the first time, the nurse accidentally bumped it, and it fell into a sink. She complimented my tumbler because she was so afraid that it would leak but it didn't. Luckily, there were no dents and chips after that fall.”
“I love this mug. Versatile, keeps my water cold over night, and no straw sticking up to catch and tip over the mug. The only thing is, I would like an extra straw for this but I can't find it on the site. The silicone part that holds the straw in the cap is a little short and I have experienced the straw slipping loose.”
“The traveler is amazing. No leaks, keeps drinks/ice cold all day. 5/5 on the cup
Shipping seems to take a while to leave the factory. 3/5
Customer service- When my first order arrived, I was sent the wrong color. After contacting Hydrojug, they sent me a new cup in the correct color and let me keep the original one. 5/5”
“I absolutely LOVE my tumbler hydrojugs. The flip top straw is seriously the best. I got rid of all my Stanley's and got these. I can't wait for more colors to become available.”
“I am happy with the overall functionality of the bottle, a little disappointed that it came with slight imperfections out of the box though. The handle already had a scratch on it, not obnoxious enough to go through the hassle of returning it but would have been nice to catch that before it arrived.
Update: customer service reached out and helped resolve the issue. Very happy with the outcome!”
