“Still waiting for item ordered on November 7th. Numerous emails all sent to me with same reply. No answer when I ring the contact number. No proper reply when I have emailed them. Don't buy from here.”

“Ordered headphones in September and still haven’t received them and it’s not January. Wrote an emails to explain and haven’t received anything back. Poor service so would not recommend this service to anyone!”

“Receiving this e-mail request to submit a review is an absolute insult and joke. Ear buds were ordered on 13 November 2018 and as at today’s date of 9 January 2019 I have still not received them. Despite numerous e-mails to the sellers all I have received is the same return e-mail saying that the purchase is on its way. I have checked other reviews on the internet and they range from “poor” to the whole thing being a “scam”. Not a happy consumer.”

“This must be some kind of joke. Ordered headphones on 20th November and still waiting for them. Based on other reviews on independent websites I’m no longer expecting to reveive them. Absolute scam”

“Hard to write a review when the product never arrived, several emails to find out when it would be delivered and 2 emails sent to me saying it had been dispatched, then an email saying we were being refunded, no idea what happened as was not told anything!!”
