Order placed on 23.04.2020 as yet today 12.05.2020 nothing received. I have chased this up but have not received any communication. Had I read the reviews about this company I would not have ordered from them. Poor communication and no receipt of product. NOT IMPRESSED unless things change.

I’ve ordered 2 pairs from here now and within a week both have broken, emailed and had a reply to get a free pair but never received them. Emailed numerous times and no response. Awful

Not happy with the service it’s been 10 days now and I still haven’t received my air buds and tried to call the customer service number and it doesn’t go through poor service and will not be recommending

Airbuds still not arrived after ordering them on the 23rd April and do not look like arriving anytime soon so do not use this site. I will be instructing my bank for a refund. Stinks of a con!!!! 👎👎👎🤬

I didn’t receive it so I cannot make a review of the product but i can say one thing for sure don’t buy it from this site as they are have not reply to my emails

Extremely poor service. Ordered expecting to be here between 2-4 days, 3 weeks later still not arrived. Emailed after the 1st week got a reply in week 3 saying they’ll arrive the next week. Would not recommend in the slightest

In the ordered this item on 23 April and still haven't received it so as of yet I cant review something I haven't received. I don't like the fact that there is no telephone number either.

Horrendous customer service and delivery. Ordered almost a month ago and still not received. Can’t get in touch with them and they haven’t bothered to provide an explanation. Website and email said 2-4 days delivery. Joke of a company.

Headphones are not good at all. They don’t work properly and die quickly. One head phone is louder than the other. Did not come in appropriate packaging Royal Mail has to repack it! Not good AVOIDDDDDDD!!!!

I am writing to say how disappointed I am with your service. I am resisting posting anything on your Facebook advert but if I don’t get a reply to this email I will have to. I ordered 2 Airbuds on your site which stated they would be delivered by the 24th April. I wouldn’t have ordered them if it hadn’t said that. I ordered 2, one for my sons birthday on the 24th April, one for my daughters on the 2nd May. I hadn’t heard anything about delivery before the 24th so I contacted you and was told they were on their way. One pair only arrived , a day late on the 25th. I contacted you about the other pair and was told it had been sent. It obviously hadn’t been sent as it still hasn’t arrived! I was told to reorder one but was given a voucher code so I wouldn’t be charged. I ordered them on the 26th April and finally received a confirmation on the 29th to say they were on their way. They still haven’t arrived. Basically I ordered 2 pairs for my children’s birthdays. One arrived a day late and one still hasn’t arrived and it’s my daughters birthday today. To make matters worse the pair that has arrived aren’t working. The left air bud isn’t working. We have tried everything recommended in the instructions numerous times and it still isn’t working.

Definitely not worst it! Customer care inexistant who ask you to wait over and over. 39.99 pounds wasted as I bought the Apple AirPods later on. Now the website is "403 Forbidden".

No item delivered, no response from email enquiries and they have the cheek to email me to do a review as a happy customer. Very bad negative vibe from this organisation. Makes me wonder now if I've been scammed!! REQUESTED A REFUND. DO NOT USE.
