“I ordered my replica AirPods back in September 2018. It’s now 2019 and I haven’t received them. I also wrote them a email asking for a refund but all they said is it’s coming (which isn’t true)”

“I ordered some earpods - heard nothing for weeks and then I had a email telling me I would receive a refund. Problem was the last 4 numbers of the card did not belong to my card so I did not get a refund. I emailed to get this sorted out but of course have heard nothing.”

“I paid 29.00 GBP to i7Pro for apple ear pods in November as a Christmas present for my son and after many emails nothing no ear pods no refund no explanation as to why the product has not arrived. It’s now January 09 nothing. All I have is an upset son. Don’t use this company. Best Regards Chris Roe”
