Ordered my product 15th November 2018 and still haven’t received it. I’ve requested a refund but you give me the same automated response.

Absolutely terrible,would not recommend this company at all,I still haven’t received my order placed the start of December and when I emailed to say I hadn’t received my order and they didn’t even respond!

Dreadful customer service, still not received my products and have requested my money back. Nearly two months since I bought them for birthday/Christmas presents and they have both well passed. Disgusted!

Over a month later I still haven’t received my item and had no response to my email asking when I can expect it I can’t reciew the item but can say customer service leave as lot to be desired

I ordered some earpods - heard nothing for weeks and then I had a email telling me I would receive a refund. Problem was the last 4 numbers of the card did not belong to my card so I did not get a refund. I emailed to get this sorted out but of course have heard nothing.

I paid 29.00 GBP to i7Pro for apple ear pods in November as a Christmas present for my son and after many emails nothing no ear pods no refund no explanation as to why the product has not arrived. It’s now January 09 nothing. All I have is an upset son. Don’t use this company. Best Regards Chris Roe

I I ordered headphones on the 26th Nov. I still haven't received them and my emails have been ignored. Including ignoring getting a refund! I'm about in touch with my bank to report this site as a scam

Taken my money on the 23rd December, it’s the 9th January - received nothing. Look up on TrustPilot everyone will day the same. Would give 0 stars if I could!!

I purchased 2 iPhone Wireless Earpods on 26th November 2018. To date 9th January 2019 still no earpods. Emails sent to ask where they are and no reply. On 17th December I received an email stating the earpods had been shipped. Still no earpods. All I can advise is that you do not purchase anything from this company. Facebook reviews from people who have purchased earpods and not received them either. Most probably a fraudulent company who just take your money and don't send any products. My review and advise is avoid this company.

Ordered headphones in November 2018 and it’s now January 2019 and still no headphones, took my money but no item. Wouldn’t even rate them a 1. Awful service, very very slow at emailing you back. Shouldn’t be allowed to sell products!!

Took over a month to arrive, which amounted in having to email company. On aerial only 1 headphone working and call reception very poor
