“Never buy from this company. I made an order, for a Christmas present, on 23rd November '18, the payment was taken from my account on 26th November '18. I have not received the goods and despite many requests, I have not been refunded. Most of my emails have been ignored. The company claims to have 'integrity', I strongly suspect it is a huge SCAM. I urge everyone who has experienced the same, to report them to Trading Standards.”

“I ordered way before Christmas for my daughter kept getting delivery messages but didn’t receive my order send endless messages but didn’t receive any back! I sent a message to i7pro asking to send a me a refund but yet again didn’t receive anything back, I then notified my bank who got my money back, it was about a week or more after that I got the same message from i7pro 8 times saying your delivery is on its way, by then I’d already went and bought my items else where! It finally arrived but I didn’t sign for it and told the delivery man to return to sender!!!”

“Wire less ear pods was the item I ordered . These were a Christmas gift . I ordered these given enough time so I would get them in time for Christmas. I had to sent several emails asking where my item was , the ear pods where not despatched when I was told they had been several times via email. The EarPods arrived after Christmas and are not working how they should be . Poor customer service and poor quality EarPods.”

“As I have not received my goods that I ordered back in November for a Christmas gift and despite several emails requesting Delivery or refund, I am at a loss as why you are asking me for a review Very poor service. NO Goods or refund You need to get it sorted Would recommend people do not go anywhere near this company they’re clearly a bunch of crooks. Wish I’d read reviews before ordering.”
