How can I even give a star? Ordered EarPods on the 27/11/18, clicked the 10-25days delivery just in time for Christmas as they were a gift. Didn’t arrive. 24/12/18 I emailed to have any updates and got a response on the 4/1/19 to say they’d be here shortly. On the 6/1/19 I had a text from ‘Lomeway’ to say DPD would deliver them on 7/1/19.. still no arrival. Beyond a joke how is this site still available!! ***DO NOT BUY INTO THIS SCAM****

On the 17th December 2018 I was remarked to say the item was on the way. No tracking details and the item has still not arrived!!!

Absolutely terrible experience. Please avoid. Cheap, poor quality product. Even worse service. Was told the bluetooth earphones would come in 1-2 business days from a UK location via Royal Mail - ended up taking 3 weeks shipped from China. Received the product and was predictably awful.

I ordered the headphones at the end of November for a Christmas present, chased for delivery information. Finally got an email on 17th December advising that they had been despatched, but I still haven't received them.....

Absolutely shocking service. No communication regarding issues with delivery. Happy to take your money and then not ship the goods when advised. Took over 30 days for the goods to arrive. Advised they shipped on 5th December and they actually didn’t ship until late December and arrived after they were required. Will never use this company again.

Suddenly received a refund to my card for the full amount paid, with no explanation and I didn't receive the earphones, which I did not expect as I'd received the refund. What I would expect is a courtesy email explaining the situation.

Item never received and this was an Xmas gift. 3 x emails sent to complain, automated replies. Letter sent asking for full refund on the recommendation of Trading Standards, ignored. Phone calls ignored. Do NOT buy from this company!!!!!!!

The delivery time was the worst one. I ordered this product almost 2 months ago and Delivery information indicated that it will be delivered in 10-15 business day. After 2 months, I received my product and I am no longer eligible to use it because I didnt catch it. Because i moved. So i didnt use this product and I will not recommend this product ever. You are the worst.
