Takes months to come, mine never did and they won’t refund. A friends arrived but was poor quality. Don’t order from here

Awful company, everything is just shipped from China, took ages and the earbuds don’t work, stay well away from this company, communication also awful just a automated standard reply. They must send the same reply out a lot! Would have given zero stars if it was possible.

The products ordered never arrived. I contacted my bank who looked at the case and refunded the money I had paid for the purchase of some earphones. If anybody else has dealt with this company and not received their goods, I suggest you do the same for an immediate refund. The company then sent me an email to see how I would rate their service. I have never before experienced such poor service from an online company, and they are obviously only into getting people to purchase goods which don't actually exist, or they have no intention of sending. Overall the company is one huge con.

Still haven't recieved half of my order the half that did turn up is of poor quality . Can you just refund me as it was ment to be a Christmas present and it is now 10th January I ordered it in November 2018

I really cant believe the audacity of i7Pro to ask me for a review. I am still waiting for my order which was placed on the 23rd of November with a delivery date of 10 to 15 days. After sending them emails I get the usual response that they have been sent. Then after mailing them again they decide to tell me that my order is now being processed. Bunch of crooks. I only wish I had took heed of the reviews before placing my order.

I would give this company no stars if possible. Save your money and go elsewhere - I don’t even this this is a really company more of a scam. I order my order arrived and proceeded to break a short while after receipt. I emailed got a rapid response promising a replacement and I haven’t had anything now I can’t email them no one has contacted me and I can not get a refund. Again do not use

How can I even give a star? Ordered EarPods on the 27/11/18, clicked the 10-25days delivery just in time for Christmas as they were a gift. Didn’t arrive. 24/12/18 I emailed to have any updates and got a response on the 4/1/19 to say they’d be here shortly. On the 6/1/19 I had a text from ‘Lomeway’ to say DPD would deliver them on 7/1/19.. still no arrival. Beyond a joke how is this site still available!! ***DO NOT BUY INTO THIS SCAM****
