“I ordered iphone headphones which were to be delivered within 5 days. They took over one month to arrive despite me emailing the company several times. They were purchased as a Christmas gift however they didn't arrive until after Christmas. When they did arrive they were not iphone headphones as advertised, they were simply iphone compatible. I will not order from this company again as their advertising was misleading and when I tried to contact their customer service department chasing my order it was always just an automated response so I was unable to get any information on my order.”

“After many emails to be told order will be with you in a few days I have never received it and no. Answer to my questions this must be a scam as I have asked for a refund no reply . This was a Christmas present for my grandsons and could not afford to buy them anything else I am disgusted that they can get away with this scam on older people .”

“ordered ear buds on 27th Nov was told it would be delivered in 10-20 days , four emails later i eventually recieved my purchase on the 24th DEC , which was to late as this was a xmas present for my niece that i had to send to England, poor , poor service”

“I ordered 4 pairs of wireless earplugs from you. To date it's about 9weeks! I have only just received one of them and still haven't received the remaining three left!!!! “Awful company, everything is just shipped from China, took ages and the earbuds don’t work, stay well away from this company, communication also awful just a automated standard reply. They must send the same reply out a lot! Would have given zero stars if it was possible.”

“The products ordered never arrived. I contacted my bank who looked at the case and refunded the money I had paid for the purchase of some earphones. If anybody else has dealt with this company and not received their goods, I suggest you do the same for an immediate refund. The company then sent me an email to see how I would rate their service. I have never before experienced such poor service from an online company, and they are obviously only into getting people to purchase goods which don't actually exist, or they have no intention of sending. Overall the company is one huge con.”
