This has been the worst internet experience I have had. No delivery. No refund. No proper response to emails. I have made a complaint to Shopify. I believe these people are not operating legally.

Received my order of blue tooth wireless earphones in September. As a gift for my partner. After a few days we realised they do not work properly. They cut out, don't hold charge, make a crackle noise. Stopped working . I emailed and was told i would get a refund. After months of chasing and not received my refund i was then told i need to return the goods then they wil refund. But i was not ever told that for the first few months of chasing. I have since been out of the country so will now send them back this week and hope i finally get my refund. I have all email correspondence as evidence. Terrible service. Very unhappy

Sent to billing address instead of postal address. Actual product loses power very quickly and the product itself is much cheaper elsewhere (brand etc was not provided prior to sale so could only compare after).

I placed order on 22 November,plenty of time to receive this before xmas. You took payment on 23rd November. It stated delivery would take 10 - 25 days. I then chased this on the 10th December, you sent an email saying it would arrive shortly. I then chased again on 19th Dec this time asking several questions - which were ignored by your company and you just emailed the same response as before, clearly just a generic message. I then emailed to cancel my order as it was clear to see my goods would not arrive by xmas. Again my email request for a refund was ignored. I then purchased the Ear Buds from another supplier because I needed to make sure they were here in time to give the gift on the 25th December (my new supplier delivery next day).................... My order with your company eventually arrived on the 29th DECEMBER despite me putting in writing that I wished to be refunded - so it took your company 37 days to deliver my order !!!!! This means I am out of pocket as I ended up having to purchase a second pair as you failed to refund my money despite taking well over a month to deliver the goods

Even though the product is really good, the service in delivering this item is unacceptable. I was advised delivery would be within 12 days and it was twice as long!

I bought the iPhone air pods on 29th November 2018 as a Christmas present. At the time of writing (9th Jan 2019) I have received nothing. One email on 4th Jan 2019 saying: “Thank you for your email! Your order has already been despatched and should be with you shortly. We have received an overwhelmingly positive response and we apologize for the delay. Rest assured we will be personally monitoring your order to make sure it gets to you as soon as possible.” Won’t be making the same mistake again.

NOTHING RECEIVED - NO COMMUNICATION - NOW DOUBT I WILL RECEIVE ANYTHING - RESIGNED THAT THIS IS PROBABLY JUST A SCAM TO GET MONEY - UNLESS I LEARN DIFFERENT VERY SOON. ORDERED EARLY DECEMBER - NOW MID JANUARY 2019

I ordered iphone headphones which were to be delivered within 5 days. They took over one month to arrive despite me emailing the company several times. They were purchased as a Christmas gift however they didn't arrive until after Christmas. When they did arrive they were not iphone headphones as advertised, they were simply iphone compatible. I will not order from this company again as their advertising was misleading and when I tried to contact their customer service department chasing my order it was always just an automated response so I was unable to get any information on my order.

I placed an order with yourselves for the earpods back in November and I still have not received my package I’ve also emailed several times about this matter and nothing! So to say I’m not satisfied is an understatement !

After many emails to be told order will be with you in a few days I have never received it and no. Answer to my questions this must be a scam as I have asked for a refund no reply . This was a Christmas present for my grandsons and could not afford to buy them anything else I am disgusted that they can get away with this scam on older people .

ordered ear buds on 27th Nov was told it would be delivered in 10-20 days , four emails later i eventually recieved my purchase on the 24th DEC , which was to late as this was a xmas present for my niece that i had to send to England, poor , poor service
