Do not use this company. It’s a scam. The product never came and every time I emailed customer services they replied with the same automated email. Stay clear don’t waste your money.

I placed an order on 27th November and had not had any communication regarding despatch of these goods so on the 12th Dec I contacted them asking for the order to be cancelled and for a full refund made. There was no response until on the 17th December an email was sent saying goods despatched and the day after I received a reply to my email of the 12th saying item had now been sent. It is now the 9th January and I have still not received anything.

The product took 3mins to purchase yet 7/8 weeks to turn up and it was poor quality and muffled sound so very disappointing teenage daughter!!

Ordered earphones on 23/11/18. Delivery time of 11-25 days. Great be here for Xmas. Didn’t arrive. E mailed twice but no reply. Eventually arrived in January. Shocking service and won’t be ordering anything from I7 pro again

6 weeks later, even after paying for express delivery, order still not arrived, when I do get a reply to my emails it’s just a generic rubbish one!

I liked the quality as in sound . But the charge doesn’t last long after 10mins it tells me I need power . Having charged it for hours even from night to morning. Don’t know if mine are faulty . I stopped using them .

Haven’t received my EarPods yet ordered over 4 weeks ago! When I receive them I might alter my review as it stands can’t comment apart from poor delivery times!

I ordered my goods on 23 Nov. And was told delivery should be. 15 days. I left for a holiday on 31 Dec and the goods were still not delivered. I sent several emails and each time I was told the goods were on their way. I am away to the end of Jan so whether the have arrived I still don't know.

My delivery arrived later, different to the picture it arrived so late I couldn’t actually send it back. Not impressed as it was meant to be a birthday present but after seeing the poor quality I didn’t want to give it, especially after it arrived after Christmas.
