“Hi , I am extremely disappointed with your company as I still have not received my order. The first order didn't arrive as you supposedly ran out of stock, I e- mailed you about this matter as you had taken my payment. The payment was refunded, and another payment has been taken and the goods have not arrived. I do wonder if I shall receive any compensation for my inconvensience. This is the reason for my low score. Regards A Wilson”

“I didn’t receive the items I ordered. I sent a few messages asking for delivery time but had no communication back. Then randomly received a message to say i’d been refunded but no explanations. Very disappointing.”

“Made a purchase middle of December. Had a text and email to say dispatched as yet still not been recieved. Overall really poor. Paid for a product I don’t have. Requested a refund and get an email saying despatched. I wouldn’t purchase from this website.”

“the battery life only lasts for 20 -25 mins on my earphones. I have charged them up fully a few times now and still the battery life on the earphones runs out very quickly.”

“Not received the item. Ordered mid November. Sent two emails and had the same response to say on it’s way!! But where is it! Looking at the other reviews this company is not legitimate I don’t think xxxx”

“I ordered headphones for a Christmas present. Payment was accepted and then I received an email to say they had refunded the amount with no further explanation, so I emailed back and asked why - no response. I then received another message for the same headphones, slightly more expensive. Again I paid, it was accepted and again they refunded - no explanation. I emailed again and to date have not had the courtesy of a reply! I would NOT recommended i7pro, their customer service is non-existent.”
