Poor quality product. Have yet to pair both ear plugs together. Sound not great, hardly any bass. Took over a month to arrive.

The item did not come when promised,and no reasonable explanation was given. It did eventually turn up but no apology.

My order was refunded without any explanation or option to purchase another item, this was a Christmas present for my wife, I had already waited 3 weeks for the order only to be emailed on the 27/12 that my account had been credited in full, I also sent an email to ask why and still no response Order #4482 was confirmed for shipping on the 08/12/18

I ordered and paid for the product, was advised that the delivery would be up to 25 days was then advised just before the estimated delivery date that the order had been cancelled without any reason given and that a refund would be made. I did receive the refund but I would have preferred the item, was very disappointed not to have received the item or a reason as to why I would not be getting the item, Not a good shopping experience..

I waited 2 month for my item to be delivered despite countless emails to which I received no response. I also paid extra for faster delivery. Would definitely not recommend to anyone!

I didn’t receive a confirmation of purchase email and the headphones never turned up. Would never use them again. Finally managed to get my money back

I ordered a pair of cordless music earbuds, November 2018. It is now 10th January 2019 and still have not received them despite e-mails stating that they're on the way. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!

I informed i7Pro that my product was faulty, they eventually responded and asked me to return and would give me a refund, at this point I had looked at the reviews, I wish I had done that before I purchased. I asked if they could refund me then I would return the product as the reviews were very damming and I was worried that I would not get my refund, the responce I received from AJ was ‘mate, just get lost’ Unbelievable !! I then put up a review in Trustpiolet, the response was ‘okay, lol’ I would never use this company again

Waste of money took forever to get here when it finally does you can’t make r receive call using them stupid EarPods I have to turn off the Bluetooth to receive calls .... utter waste of money I would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM To NOBODY...they probably from China smh disappointed

Ordered the headphones at the beggining of december,were due 24th december at the latest (were a christmas present),eventho they were going to be late now i gave them the benefit of the doubt that prior to christmas and over christmas post could be delayed,emailed them 3rd of jan they said they are in transit....its now the 10th januray and still no sign of them!
