Ordered at end of November and still not received!! E-mailed i7Pro and no response from them. They took my money no bother though! Would have given 0 stars but no options for that.

Took over a month to deliver. Missed Xmas and the trip I wanted to take them on. They’re not a microphone and the battery lasts 2 hours.

Worst service ever. Ordered goods for A Christmas present. Never arrived, I sent an email saying I hadn’t had a dispatch email. All I got back was “you have been refunded”. No apology, no explanation and I am not sure I have been refunded yet either

You taken my money for the item then nothing for ages then with no reason WHY you put the money back into my account saying I’m not receiving the product. I’ve asked why but no answer from yourself, and now you want me to give you a feedback Very poor, I think your i7pro is a joke 🤣

I still haven had it delivered - please advise where it is - if I don't get it by Monday I will be calling my credit card to claim it back - as it said 2 weeks ago it was on its way!

Poor quality product. Have yet to pair both ear plugs together. Sound not great, hardly any bass. Took over a month to arrive.

My order was refunded without any explanation or option to purchase another item, this was a Christmas present for my wife, I had already waited 3 weeks for the order only to be emailed on the 27/12 that my account had been credited in full, I also sent an email to ask why and still no response Order #4482 was confirmed for shipping on the 08/12/18

I ordered and paid for the product, was advised that the delivery would be up to 25 days was then advised just before the estimated delivery date that the order had been cancelled without any reason given and that a refund would be made. I did receive the refund but I would have preferred the item, was very disappointed not to have received the item or a reason as to why I would not be getting the item, Not a good shopping experience..

I waited 2 month for my item to be delivered despite countless emails to which I received no response. I also paid extra for faster delivery. Would definitely not recommend to anyone!
