The headphones were a month late and the case is already broken in a week, so I can no Ionger charge them, give me a refund

Made a purchase middle of December. Had a text and email to say dispatched as yet still not been recieved. Overall really poor. Paid for a product I don’t have. Requested a refund and get an email saying despatched. I wouldn’t purchase from this website.

the battery life only lasts for 20 -25 mins on my earphones. I have charged them up fully a few times now and still the battery life on the earphones runs out very quickly.

Not received the item. Ordered mid November. Sent two emails and had the same response to say on it’s way!! But where is it! Looking at the other reviews this company is not legitimate I don’t think xxxx

I ordered headphones for a Christmas present. Payment was accepted and then I received an email to say they had refunded the amount with no further explanation, so I emailed back and asked why - no response. I then received another message for the same headphones, slightly more expensive. Again I paid, it was accepted and again they refunded - no explanation. I emailed again and to date have not had the courtesy of a reply! I would NOT recommended i7pro, their customer service is non-existent.

Product didn’t even arrive & company ignored all my correspondence. I had to get my bank involved to return my funds. Do not purchase from this company.

Took over a month to deliver. Missed Xmas and the trip I wanted to take them on. They’re not a microphone and the battery lasts 2 hours.

Worst service ever. Ordered goods for A Christmas present. Never arrived, I sent an email saying I hadn’t had a dispatch email. All I got back was “you have been refunded”. No apology, no explanation and I am not sure I have been refunded yet either

You taken my money for the item then nothing for ages then with no reason WHY you put the money back into my account saying I’m not receiving the product. I’ve asked why but no answer from yourself, and now you want me to give you a feedback Very poor, I think your i7pro is a joke 🤣

I still haven had it delivered - please advise where it is - if I don't get it by Monday I will be calling my credit card to claim it back - as it said 2 weeks ago it was on its way!
