“Hi, with reference to my order placed 27th Nov 2018. I have yet failed to receive my order and after numerous e-mails to i7Pro, it is with great disappointment to myself and my son as the order was part of his Santa request. At this stage I wish for you to refund me the value of the order I placed with you 27th Nov 2018 ASAP without delay. “Ordered earphones, paid for them and two days later had an email saying that my payment had been refunded, no reason why so I sent an email asking if they were out of stock and have had no response at all. Waste of time!”

“It is a scam website. I bought £60 worthth of products and it’s been over a month and I haven’t received my stuff. If you email them they send you the exact same message every time. I REPEAT DO NO PURCHASE OFF THIS SITE!”

“I made purchas on 6 December 2018?and until now did not receive my product. I was contacting twice by e-mail and on second e- mail got response that soon my product will be with me. I tried to call on company phone number many times but there was not any response. Hope so I will get my item soon.”

“Hi , I am extremely disappointed with your company as I still have not received my order. The first order didn't arrive as you supposedly ran out of stock, I e- mailed you about this matter as you had taken my payment. The payment was refunded, and another payment has been taken and the goods have not arrived. I do wonder if I shall receive any compensation for my inconvensience. This is the reason for my low score. Regards A Wilson”
