“had a bit of trouble with the website, but phoned and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful. went back to website and it worked perfectly. new light and bulb arrived the next day - very impressed”

“I needed to know some detail which was not on the website about a lamp I wanted to buy. The person I spoke to could not have been more helpful. I consequently ordered two identical lamps which arrived quickly. Unfortunately, one was damaged in transit so had to be returned. staf were extremely helpful and efficient. The return happens seamlessly and I was even offered a number of alternative delivery dates for the replacement to arrive. I will definately be using Iconic Lights again in the future.”

“Service was excellent - i called the store to double check on bulb spec and received excellent service. Paid for next day delivery and everything went very smoothly :) Ordered late Wed night and was switched on in my living room by Friday evening!”
