Paid for Hermes 48 delivery. Still waiting for item 3 days later. No update from courier other than awaiting item for delivery.

The lamp that I bought was as expected (including an apparently good quality item with very poor assembly instructions as mentioned in other reviews). I ordered and paid for 4 bulbs, but received only 1. I am waiting for either 3 more bulbs or a refund.

I paid extra for next day delivery but it took days for my parcel to arrive. Following my asking where my parcel was I was eventually refunded all of the postage - thank you for that - but customer services seemed to have little interest in finding out what was happening with my lamp and I had to nag them rather than them proactively questioning the courier and keeping me informed. I got the impression that they thought I was just a nuisance and had to basically shame them into an apology when I sent them pics of the box that eventually arrived - battered to bits! Luckily, the contents were, amazingly, undamaged. I am very disappointed and will avoid Iconic Lights in future. The lamp is lovely, and great value, BTW, but the delivery experience was dreadful.

Item turned up as indicated but once fitted into place and bulbs were put into place but now unable to remove one of the bulbs. Disappointing product.

The light fixture was perfect, just what we wanted, but when we came to fit it the connector was faulty. We had to buy another. It didn't cost much just the inconvenience and time. Not worth the delay of returning it though.

Horrific. Ordered 3 light shades, one arrived. Chased the order up requested they send the 2 missing light shades, one arrived. Had to call again to chase that up - 'oh sorry that last one that's not arrived, it's out of stock, that's a shame, we've refunded you'. Great thanks... not what I wanted to hear at all especially since you mucked up the deliveries in the first place. The only redeeming part of this is that the light shades are actually really nice and now I will have an odd room out as I am definitely ordering elsewhere.

I was really suprised when the lights turned up and we had to make the light shade up!! Real pain and not that easy. Also where the shade had been cellotaped together it has left a slight mark on the shade itself.

I like the first lot of lights I bought a year ago. The delivery is quick. Postage is reasonable. However... The latest set of lights that I bought were very poorly built, verging on unsafe. The wall mounting bracket is vertical and not horizontal like every other light in existence (bizarre) it isn’t even perfectly vertical (ie 12 o’clock 6 o’clock) it is offset and sits in the 11 o’clock 5 o’clock position. At £15 a light should I off expected more?

The bases were great! Putting the shades together was a challenge. This was due mainly to the fact that the fabric was creased and needed ironing! One does not expect to have to put together a light fitting. Unfortunately we would not recommend this product in fact we very nearly returned it.

Order arrived quickly which was good. However quality was low and one item badly marked. Returning the order was a nightmare - no returns labels included, you have to email to get them. Then you have to find your product number which is impossible to find - different numbers on boxes to invoice so just had to guess. Nothing states clearly that it is the product number. You have to print your own order labels which I did but then at the post office then couldn’t be scanned as the ink colour was too light. So then he tried to scan the QR code on my phone to print it and this wouldn’t work either. Same label came out every time but I was sending four different items. Returns labels should have been included in the boxes - took a couple of hours in total at home to organise/make labels/print etc and at post office to sort it all out. This could have been so easily avoided by including returns labels in the original order. Most companies do it - it’s not difficult.

Everything was perfect, until I received the items there, was two metal bars for the inside of the spot lights so I couldn't put them up

Packaging was all burst on arrival luckily light undamaged sorry but very disappointed in product lampshade poor quality most definately not worth £65.00

Bought a lamp had it two months nothing wrong until came in from being out all day to find the glass cover laying on the floor. Was told they was nothing they could do to me for that to happen must have defective dont buy from this company

The lamp shade when it arrived was lovely. just what I wanted. However the delivery service provided by yodel was abysmal. - The first delivery date and time was not met. - I rang Iconic lights who found out that yodel could not find our house, what a load of rubbish, I live in a hamlet with only one road through it. I checked that iconic had our correct phone no. - a 2nd delivery was arranged, but again after the allocated delivery time, no parcel was delivered. Again had to ring Iconic (no tel no etc for yodel) again they said that yodel couldn't find the house. Iconic volunteered to ring yodel to see if the delivery person was nearby. I said I could not wait in any longer, I had to go out, and asked them to cancel the order. when I returned that evening the parcel was on my front door step. Yodel got in touch the following day to say they were going to deliver that day. After the time allocated for delivery, I received an email from yodel to say they had delivered - what a porky pie, somebody had delivered the previous day. So I am really pleased with the product, but really fed up with Yodel's abysmal delivery service.

Unfortunately we got what we paid for. Paid £21 for a tripod floor lamp and that’s we got so I guess that’s our learning! Didn’t realise that I’d have to build the lamp shade myself with Velcro strips & line it with gold card...safe to say we’ve returned the product as it really didn’t look great.

I never received my parcel and was sent emails from you guys and Hermes to say delivered at 7.20pm when I was in the house, I called next day to complain was advised I would get a call 48 hours later, never happened and pacel delivered 4 days after said it was delivered, and now opened my parcel and its the wrongs coloured lights... this is very very bad service very unsatisfied

When I ordered this lamp shade it stated it was large. When I opened the packaging it was so small it didn’t even fit my lamp. Great quality just a shame it won’t be used.
