The light came in 72 piece and I would say a very very patient person would need to put it together some of the pieces were tiny. I need to send this back - it is paper

I'm not too happy with the light I received. One of the holders for the bulbs isn't straight, the shade doesn't sit straight, even though it's all been put together correctly

This light looks lovely and is cheap however our one isn't balanced correctly and keeps toppling forwards. It also had a missing screw and one screw sticks out of the metal part which is a bit of a hazard. I would not recommend this light.

For the price the shade is good quality but the colour of it is nothing like the photo shown when purchasing.

Disappointed in size of the shade as it is completely out of proportion. It looks very different to the photo on website. The quality of the lamp is good but the shade needs to be scaled down.

I could not access tracking , fortunately I was in when the parcel arrived , I had no opportunity to leave a message as to were to leave if not in . I’m reluctant to order again for this reason Angela plastow

I got both my lights delivered on time as expected however one of the lights is wonky when hung, I've tried to bend it so it looks straight but no joy. This is the second time I've ordered from iconic lights and both times there has been something wrong with my order!

I ordered three lamps and six bulbs. I was pleased with two of the lamps, however one lamp and one bulb were faulty. I contacted customer services who were initially helpful but I am yet to receive replacements.

I like the style, ut the lamp does not stand up straight once the shade is attached I have to place it against a wall to keep it stable I would rather pay a bit more for a better quality design.

Not impressed. Bought 2 lamps from Metro advert. One lamp touch control not work. Destroyed packaging so could not return, own fault I know, but item not impressed with.

Love the light it looks gorgeous.. Only thing is the lamp shades don't seem to fit right they are very loose .. as if something is missing to tighten them up.. dissapointed really expected more for the price of it ..

Very disappointed with the bedside lamps. They were advertised as cream cement base but there were grey. The lampshades had to be assembled with Velcro and metal rings. Very poor quality. However staff very helpful on telephone and payment returned promptly.

Ordered a lamp with shade. Came as 2 seperate items and arrived on seperate days. The lampshade was crushed in transit. Reported it and a second one was delivered also damaged as the box was too small for the shade. The third one arrived and that was fine. So was a bit of a pain waiting around for parcels. Something to said about getting things right first time. The people on the phone were polite and easy to deal with

Unfortunately we have received our lights with bulbs and 2 bulbs are smashed due to the way they were packaged, we have taken pictures of the box and goods to send to iconic. The light itself looks good not been able To fit incase it needs collecting Again die to damage.

Still haven't received my product even though I ordered over 7 days ago and paid for next day delivery (it was for a gift). Had so much back and forward with Customer Care via email and over the phone. They made promises to look into my issue and call me back straight away, but never did. Felt like I was having 3 different conversations with Customer Care over email, who kept asking me to confirm my address over and over again. On the plus side they have refunded my next day delivery charge and have promised that my item will be here tomorrow (I'm not holding my breath)!
