I’m absolutely gutted about this. I was SO looking forward to having the tripod floor lamp in my living room. I’ve paid over £80 for this floor lamp and only the lamp shade has arrived. I’ve emailed them but yet to reply. I’m really not happy, I don’t even want a refund, I just want the tripod lamp to come 😖. The first picture is what I ordered and the second picture is what came. Very disappointed with this, the lamp shade looks beautiful just no floor lamp to put it on.

They use Hermes. No idea where my package is. Can’t get in contact with them.

A troubling experience with the company. Having placed an order and received a confirmation, after a week we had not received notification as to when the order would be delivered. Having chased by email, we have not had a response for a further week. Whether the issue is incompetence or malice is unclear; however, I would encourage others to exercise caution.

Cheap diy craft kit that you self assemble with velcro. Reflective inner was a piece of thin card that would have only sat in place if you glued it. Send back.

Keep getting email saying light. Has been sent IHAve the light 4 weeks AGO !!! Please cancel your emails The light is good but constant emails are bad!!!

I cannot asses the lights as I am still waiting for Hermes to deliver my purchases I have now waited six days and all I am getting is excuses for not delivering them

Unimpressed by the quality of the curva lamp I ordered. The light arrived a week ago, but the base still hasn't arrived. So my light is just sitting there waiting. Not great :(

Negatives - Product not as described. Product damaged. Had to debate to get full refund. One member of staff quite patronising stating our full refund was a gesture of goodwill. Positives - Prompt responses. One staff member thanked us and said he would arrange for the item description to be amended.

They use unreliable delivery companies and furthermore Iconic Lights customer service is lacking because they have your money and are not concerned if your order does not get delivered. Not the first time Iconic Lights have let their customers down. First time I ordered they took my money and then after having to chase where the order was, they admitted that the item was out of stock! So they shouldn't have been advertising it still.

Lamp no good for me I didn’t realise the shade was rolled up and had to be fixed on two rings with adhesive tape I couldn’t do this as have decreased mobility in my hands so I threw it out

I have still not received the item and await a reply as to when I can expect to receive the lamp. I’m a new customer and this isn’t a great experience that would encourage me to shop again
