Very poor quality. Lots of sharp edges. Nothing about these lamps is properly finished. A complete waste of money and I have thrown both of them in the bin. I cannot be bothered to complain as I just don’t have the energy. I will never buy lights on line again.

I got sent one damaged lamp, then I was sent a replacement which was damaged again. I was then offered to be sent another one that they would check it this time, why aren't they checking things aren't damage before sending them out in the first place? I received another lamp which was better, but not perfect, when looked at closely but couldn't be bothered with the hassle so decided to keep it as it was the best I had got. Wouldn't order again!

Bought a lovely floor lamp which arrived quickly and in perfect condition and up until this point I had a very positive experience with iconiclights. However, once I had unpacked the lamp and assembled it I discovered that although it was a lovely lamp I did not like it in my living room as I felt it didn’t go with my colour scheme. Being that I had only had the lamp 1 day I didn’t think it would be an issue to return it as it was well under the 28 days. However, when I emailed iconiclights to return the lamp I was told I wouldn’t be able to return it as I had taken it out of its original packaging. I could not see the lamp as it was in very bashed boxes so I had to take it out of its original packaging to see it and to see if I would like it or not and of course to make sure it was not damaged. I could not put it back in the original packing as it was damaged. It was only packed in brown cardboard boxes (something I’m sure iconiclights have plenty of) however, they would not allow me to return it after opening it which I found ridiculous as I previously said I could not view it or check it over otherwise. I then went to purchase another’s lamp I had seen them selling but due to this awful experience I bought it from another website and I would never purchase from iconic lights again.

Delivery was fine. Constructing the lamp standard was easy. However the 3 MiniSun LED Globe Bulbs were all useless and fused almost immediately

Lamp arrived broken. Sent a replacement lamp, also arrived broken. Lamp was just loose in the cardboard box with no protective packaging, however the box was not dented on damaged and so I would say that the damage occurred when the lamp was packaged and not in transit. Both deliveries arrived on time and as scheduled - praise to the delivery company. Both complaint emails were dealt with swiftly and apologetically by the customer service team - praise to that department. However, I wanted a lamp. The company failed to provide me with one. I shall not use the company again and will not recommend it to anyone either.

Neither lamp worked although ordered recommended bulbs. Despite communication bulling address was wrong. The polystyrene packaging is dreadful Breaks in to small sticky balls. The worst environmental packaging I have encountered. Would not order from this seller again.

This is the second time I have had an issue with the bulk head ceiling light ordered. First time faulty; second time actually broken. Nobody at iconic lights seems to bother reading or replying to emails either.

I have received a floor lamp from you. The assembly instructions were poor. The electrical terminations were unsafe. I will not use ghe lamp and I recommend that buyers using your products get them PAT safety tested before they use them. Steve Rimington. Chartered Engineer.

Very difficult to return . I don't understand why you have to request a return note . I sent 2 parcels back but only refunded for one. Lost my money. Will never use thus company again .
