Used these guys for a purchase for my business. Somehow the number for the address was missing and Hermes were not able to deliver. I called these guys and a lady called Kiran blamed me and said it’s all my fault which infuriated me, she proceeded to cut me off after telling me there is nothing more she can do. I rang back very angry and the chap I spoke to was talking to her in the background and she told him to cut it off also. Eventually spoke to someone and resolved the matter. Delivery was late by a few days. Customer service was disgusting. Would genuinely not recommend.

Do not buy from this shop, such a poor experience and haven’t received one apology from customer service!!! Still awaiting delivery a month after ordering because they failed to notify me when it was being delivered and that it had been returned to site! Sort out your deliver partnerships, customer service and communication if you expect to succeed!!!!

The mini Sun is a nightmare to construct and where it is flat packed it will not stay curved. Very disappointed

Unfortunately I had to return this lamp. It was described as having 3 levels of touch light settings but only had on or off,

Recently bought a spiky copper light and was surprised when it came flat packed, so thought hey ho I'll assemble it see how it looks. Dispite the fact it took an hour to construct due to panels falling out here there and everywhere the finished product looked cheap and tacky, i ended up giving it away as wouldn't have it up in my house. Overall a very disappointing product.

Over priced an the lights are cheaply made. Save your money an buy at the Range or another high street store.

My first purchase and the picture looked fantastic but when it arrived it was small! Perhaps this retailer could in future photograph their lights in such away it shows their actual size!

Didn't realise I would have to build the light shade myself, comes in pieces with strips of Velcro, there was marks on the copper stem and base, not happy with the product, very poor quality

Absolute heap of junk fit for the bin!! Bought a table lamp, box was battered to bits, glass ball in the stand broken but no glass bits to be found anywhere in the box so must have been shipped like that, the stand is well loose and swivels round, flops, and the light bulb hums when you turn it on, that's if you can eventually screw it in, the top screw on the stand is completely loose just swivels around, nothing to hold it, all together it's a fire hazard waiting to happen and can't use it the state it's in - shockingly bad!!! I want a refund please, don't trust to buy from Iconic Lights again, what a disgrace, this is not industry standard tested or acceptable to any consumer

Terrible quality. There were scuff marks all over the lamp shade where it had been folded and put into the box. Would not recommend.

Ordered a lamp and thought it was a bargain, the lamp shade has started to come away from rim of the shade already and very poor quality.

I have yet to put up the light as I need someone to be with me to hold the ladder being in my mid70s and living alone. But I do have something to say about your courier - I arranged with yourselves for the item to be delivered after 1.30pm and you emailed me that you had noted this and advised the courier. On my return home between noon and 12.30pm I found the large cardboard box sitting slap bang in front of the front door for all passing to see that I was not in - this is a bad security risk - no attempt was made to leave with neighbours or to discretely put the box elsewhere in the front garden - and there are several places where it could have been left more safely - not impressed at all with your courier who obviously does not pay attention to instructions!

Wouldn't buy from them again. Phoned for a return label, this was not even straightforward, so decided to keep the item, and resell locally.
