“Assembled with ease but the base is slightly off making the rest of the lamp stand “just off centre” with a lean. But I’ve opted to just make do and place it at the end of a couch partially obstructed from view. Shade was also slightly damaged and poor finish as it has jagged edge not the smooth well rounded finish it describes. But at the price I guess you get what you get.”

“We have ordered from Iconic lights in the past and received a very good service. Unfortunately on this occasion, we had terrible problems receiving the goods. On four separate occasions they didn't arrive, after receiving notification and waiting until the Office until 7pm ( as directed to do so ) twice! Unfortunately We will have to consider ordering from them again as the delivery service is not acceptable. In fairness, the staff were helpful and they did refund the delivery charge but, after spending two evening late at work, I'm not prepared to do it again.”

“The light is a bit tinny and the front cover doesn't fit flush. The bulb blew in the first 6 hours now using a softer better quality bulb. If you are a car geek you might enjoy the novelty of a headlamp style light otherwise don't disappoint yourself.”

“I thought the glass was gonna be round n smooth but it turned out it had bumps in for effect so that was clearly not shown in the image but overall everything else is perfectly fine. Arrived really early than expected.”

“Good lights, great customer service, but they use Hermes as a delivery agent who are absolutely horrendous. I woulds like to use Iconic lights again, but feel I cannot due to the delivery issues. I ordered and paid for next day delivery but after 2 days still no parcel. The team at Iconic lights were great but they had to resend and use another agent who managed to get the items to us the next day, but as I had trades in, I had to get the spark back to fit when they arrived. The Hermes parcel eventually turned up with a next day sticker on it ONE WEEK LATER! Customer service doesn't end when goods leave the warehouse!!!”

“Well, making your own light shade kit is how it should be described!! There were not enough double sided tape bits so I bought some more. I would have preferred 1 piece rather than 2 as now got 2 clunky looking seams on the outside. It looks ok now it's up, let's see if it lasts!!”

“The lamp base is a lovely shade of blue , unfortunately the shade is more of a green colour and does not match the base. Could not be bothered to send the 2 lamps I bought back so have bought 2 new shades that match the base perfectly.”

“The lamp arrived quickly and in good working order, well packaged. However the enclosed information states not to be used on tubular bedheads. This is exactly where i wanted to use it! Not stated in the website information. I queried this hoping for a refund but was told to ignore it and carry on using”

“The quality of the products received where ok, but expected for the low price. One light fitting had a screw missing, but managed to fix myself to save further delay with returning. Supposed to be 48hr delivery but took more like 6 days, I did email and got a response straight away saying the order had been delayed being dispatched from the warehouse. Overall if I want cheap and cheerful and can't find it anywhere else I will shop with them again.”

“Ordered two floor lamps del was prompt but the shoes on the lamps did not fit very straight , also ordered to light bulbs which never arrived called iconic lights and they said they would send them out to me which they did but recieved two spot light bulbs so had to go out and re purchase two more bulbs so do e pect a refund for the two I never recieved”

“I cant really comment on the product yet as it is a ceiling fan for a new kitchen which is not fitted yet. Signed up with these people because their site stated 10% discount off your first order. 10% did not come off at the checkout as promised and have been bombarded with emails offering discounts ever since, i think not! I am not sure how many lights they think the average person needs. However what i did order came on time and the box looks undamaged.”

“All good with the Light, beautiful as show on the pictures. Also happy with the quality of the light. Negative point is the courier that as been used to delivery the item, it took 5 days to arrive, Hermes parcel, not the first time that they let me down.... apart of that all good 👍”
