“The lampshade is lovely, however I was slightly disappointed with the quality of the tripod legs. The wood is quite flimsy and does not feel very sturdy and the legs had slight marks on them. However, once it was put together the overall look in the room still looks nice”

“It wasn’t what we expected, you had to make the shade yourself and it looks a bit like playschool work and there’s a bolt missing on the top. However we’ve decided to keep it as it looks nice at night time”

“Have already sent E-Mail to Customer Services but no reply. However product good but on-line ordering not. Item was on Amazon but came with PRIME which I didn't want, albeit a trial period. So I went to your own website, paid a bit more BUT the first E-Mail I got was 'Welcome to Amazon Prime' !!! Why ??”

“Purchased the lamp shade but the quality ain’t the best. Hanging tassel fell off within two weeks of it being put into the light. Just waiting on hearing whether I can now return :(”

“The lighting looks great but one side of bar was reallly tough to move and would have been helpful if a suction cup was provided as the led light bulb which i also purchased from here were bad in quality. Flimsy plastic which cost me £5 each x8! I would not recommend buying the plastic led lights from here. Over priced. You are better of getting it from screwfix. Over all the look of product once fixed to ceiling looks great.”

“Good lampshades, and prompt service until Hermes were employed to deliver. Then my heart sank. They deliver to anywhere convenient whether correct address or not. When said it was delivered it was not and went to a neighbour about 1 mile away! When I phoned iconic lights they said they would trace them and get back to me. They didn’t. Neighbour eventually delivered. Iconic lights Please never use Hermes.”

“I do like what I orders which was Diablo metal pendant really valour for money. I also ordered a two light shades and I'm happy with them as well. One problem there is, is that black metal Diablo shade didn't fit so I did have to get my husband to wider the whole. Reason for it was that I did have fit that into the B&Q design light ceiling light fixing which turned out to be a few millimetres wider than standard white one.”

“Received my order very quickly. Light shade a lot smaller than I thought it looks so lost on my bedroom ceiling, I expected a lot larger for £19 :( but should have checked the dimensions”

“The lights look great, but the bulbs that arrived were the wrong colours. I ordered 4 white and 4 amber but got only 1 white one. One of the lights I didn’t realise was just a shade - it is not very clear in the description as all the photos are as a pendant light not just the shade. They look good quality though. Have not had them fitted yet, so will wait and see what my electrician says.”

“Unfortunately I hadn’t noticed that this was a self assembly shade. I couldn’t flatten out the bend in the fabric and hated the Velcro hoops you had to roll and stick it too, and the inside reflective card didn’t fit well. My fault for not reading the full description on the website. Hated it so much it went straight to a charity shop. Sorry not to be more positive about it.”
