Stable light, shade is not a good colour; a mid grey that does not match the lampstand. Better in chrome or black (I have replaced the shade)

I purchased thee George monkey lamp when lamp arrived I unpacked, I thought okay this is well packaged but when I look close up the arm of the monkey was broke. I honestly haven’t got anytime to go through all the Aggro to busy working so I used some filler to patch the gap all way around arm. Thing also is that the package was that well packed the item must have already been broken before packing process.

The silver coating is chipped and flaky in parts. It could do with being a little taller... Delivery was quick and well packaged.

Didn’t realise I had to put the shades together myself. The shade was made of plastic and Velcro. And didn’t fit together properly, so there is a white line showing on the crushed velvet shade,

No problems with company but item I bought was just cheap feel to it not worth the money ? I passed it on via eBay at a loss.

The light is nice, but the bulb connector is too deep. It was very difficult to fit the bulbs.

Lovely light but not the best quality, there are marks on the legs and one of them wont screw together properly

Good products. The customer service people though were very confusing as I placed an order and they cancelled part of it because it was out of stock. Clearer communications needed. Products were good though.

we had to have our order sent back as it was damaged,replacement sent that was also damaged,now a waiting a refund,before we try ordering again.

Order was delivered quickly but unfortunately it had a manufacturing defect which meant we had to return it. Website promises “easy returns” but the reality of this was that I had to send several emails to (a) request return authorisation, (b) to request an alternative return method after realising that the default Post Office return method was insufficient to cover the dimensions of my return package and then finally a further follow up to request an update on my refund a week after it had been received your Iconic Lights (which I only knew threw the couriers web tracking updates) but my money had not been returned. Their “easy returns” process clearly needs a bit of work. That said everything was sorted in the end and I would likely still order from them again in the future.

I received my order in good time. The wall unit was as it should be, the floor lamp was not satisfactory insofar as the black base had a huge white streak through it and was not at all like the picture in the catalogue. I phoned them, a lady said to supply photographs. I did and they asked me if i wished a refund or a replacement. I chose replacement and it arrived within 48 hours.

First of all my package went missing - apparently it was signed by neighbours, I didn’t get any memo or anything of where can it be, my neighbours said they didn’t get it. I got it eventually a week later. Lamp itself is alright, I wouldn’t pay the money I paid for it again though. The stand is all good but the shade is...something else. It was just very unnecessary to make it out of 2 folding bits that you put together with Velcro, then the ‘golden strip’ that doesn’t fit well, too much hassle, it’s just a lamp shade! It gives the impression it cost about £15 which I don’t mind if I wouldn’t pay more. All in all it looks alright from far and makes the room brighter so it does fulfil the floor lamp task lol

Website and delivery fine, lamp delivered quickly without damage. Lamp isn't what I expected. Didn't realise shade material would be velcroed to the metal rings, looks a bit cheap. And whole shade is very wonkey and I have tried to straighten it but think it's the design of the metal shade rings.
