“My first purchase and the picture looked fantastic but when it arrived it was small! Perhaps this retailer could in future photograph their lights in such away it shows their actual size!”

“The light is lovely and well worth the price, unfortunately I couldn't give a higher rating as the delivery was terrible. I'm currently taking this up with Hermes directly, but to let you know they dropped the parcel, despite it being labelled as fragile, over our 6ft garden fence whilst it was raining. When my husband got home the parcel was soaked but luckily nothing was broken. Not sure if this is a regular occurrence but you may want to change your delivery provider.”

“Ordered 2 wall lights which arrived within 2 days loved the lights but had a problem with one of them phoned customer services who went out of their way to help sent replacement light again arrived in 2 days can't fault their service would deffently usr them again”

“Wrong lightbulbs were sent. I paid for next day delivery but had to wait longer. The lamp itself is almost impossible to build and every time a lightbulb needs to be changed the whole thing has to be reassembled! Would not recommend”

“I paid extra for next day delivery but it took days for my parcel to arrive. Following my asking where my parcel was I was eventually refunded all of the postage - thank you for that - but customer services seemed to have little interest in finding out what was happening with my lamp and I had to nag them rather than them proactively questioning the courier and keeping me informed. I got the impression that they thought I was just a nuisance and had to basically shame them into an apology when I sent them pics of the box that eventually arrived - battered to bits! Luckily, the contents were, amazingly, undamaged. I am very disappointed and will avoid Iconic Lights in future. The lamp is lovely, and great value, BTW, but the delivery experience was dreadful.”
