“The service was good and the website good except I was caught out in that the ceiling lamp shades were designed for a larger size fitting than standard and the hole at the top too large. I had to do a bit of improvising to make them fit. Best to check this with them before ordering.”

“A lovely looking lamp once assembled, but assembling it is VERY difficult. Took me about four hours, nearly threw it in the bin. Instruction leaflet very poor, which didn't help.”

“The lamp arrived a few days later than advertised and the plastic fitting that holds the bulb in place was broken but the lamp was easy to assemble and looks nice in the living room and for the money is good value.”

“Lamp came in good time & as discribed but very fiddly to put together! Also concrete base had a crack in it & has since broken up slightly in corner. After ages putting it together & placing behind a arm chair so you can’t see it, I didn’t go throw route of getting a replacement.”

“Good size basic lamp. Easy and simple assemble other than unfortunately one of the legs does not screw in tight enough and is standing wonky however too much hassle and time to send back for a return.”

“Received the lamp on time. The packaging wasn’t great. Expected to receive an original box that comes with the lamp but just came in a delivery box. At least it was protected with stuffing etc inside, though the box itself was slightly dented through transit I presume. The lamp was slightly smaller than expected and I measured it before placing an order. All in all the lamp works well, that’s the main thing but expected it in its original packaging as it was a Christmas present, so it didn’t look too appealing.”

“Very efficient delivery turn around and low prices - but the prices do show in the quality of the product: I can see the velcro around the edge of my lampshade. Some options on different watts for recommended bulbs would be good too.”

“I was a bit suprised by the cost and that they came flat packed, which meant I had to put them together. There is a stripe down the side because the material is so thick that you can see the white edge. Will stick to buying in a shop where I can see them in future.”

“The item sent was incorrectly assembled and unusable. I do not know whether it was made and checked by Iconiclights or bought in. They promised to replace the item, but it took 2 reminders before I received it. Satisfactory now.”

“Only one of the two lamps I ordered arrived, also minus the 2 bulbs ordered. Customer services were quick to respond. Should recieve the rest of my order today so not a perfect service but they certainly appear to be quick to resolve. Today will tell..”

“It is a nice lamp once together, a little disappointed I had to put the lampshade together myself was quite tricky to assemble the velcro to the metal circles. I think its overpriced for what it is, however it looks good in the corner of my room and is effective”

“I ordered 3 lights and 2 out of the 3 we’re scratched. Emailed customer service who offered to replace them the next day but then received nothing. Called customer services who were very helpful and sending replacements... not the best experience but they will look very nice once up.”

“The Archer Lamp looked stunning on the website but I was disappointed that it arrived poking out of a tatty, ripped box. Also somewhat surprised that I had to essentially put the shade together myself. Not the quality I would expect for the £50 price tag. However on the plus side I got a refund of part of the cost so a little redemption.”
