“Expensive given the mediocre quality. Also, both of the plastic grips used to hold the wire to the lamp leg snapped immediately.”

“The delivery was very swift and the price was fantastic. Ultimately though I’m going to have to return the product because it’s MASSIVE! Way too big for an internal wall light. Shame because everything else about the purchase experience was great.”

“Style wise, the paper lanterns are great. However, for the size i ordered (90cm), the paper was just too thin & flimsy, meaning the metal inner support pierced & subsequently ripped the paper surround whilst hanging the shade.”

“Lovely lamp although disappointed that it was really dusty and slightly scratched on delivery. I needed a lamp and it was on sale. However I probably would have sent it back if i has paid full price. It has obviously not been stored well in the warehouse and was very dirty.”

“Delivery and time factor for delivering excellent however, unfortunately, quality of lamps not good and the actual colour is not copper but brown which is very disappointing. It isn't worth the hassle of returning just know not to trust your colour information.”

“The wall lights we ordered were different to the picture. Ordered next day delivery but after 8pm so therefore couldn't get next day delivery. The terms were not stated when choosing this option. Should have been made clearer. Still like the lights though.”

“Fast delivery! BUT company not contactable ! Have emailed and left phone messages! No one has replied! Arc lamp has really cheap fixings that don’t screw together well. Disappointed with shade- again cheap self assembly (that’s quite clever) but just looks poor! Marble base chipped! DISAPPOINTED IN SERVICE AND QUALITY!”

“I ordered two bedside lights which arrived very quickly. Ordering simple too. When the lights arrived and were unpacked, both shades were squashed and have a fold across the shades. They were well,boxed but the way the cardboard was packed it squashed the shades. I couldn’t be bothered to send them back for the hassle. The lamps themselves are lovely and just what I wanted. 3 stars because of packaging.”
