“The item's description was confusing. It was suggesting to order minisun bulb with the lamp i bought, so i thought its coming with the cable bit. I only ended up getting a shade and the bulb but not the actual bit to put the bulb in. I will have to pay another delivery now to buy that piece too.. When i called the customer services and mentioned this, they didn't offer any free delivery but said ''yeah you are right, its confusing'' i would expect them to apologise and offer a solution.”

“goods recieved all intact and good quality. Only reason marked down is the poor marketing on website that showed photograph of an assumed smokey glass pendant and when recieved it was not smokey colour but plain.. It specified clear glass on written detail but smokey can also be clear (instead of opaque!). Please adjust photos so not confusing other customers.”

“Didn't realise my drum lampshade was arriving flat packed, nightmare trying to match both sides exactly, would rather pay more for assembled shade., Other than that looks good after multiple attempts to assemble.”

“Pretty light shade but only giving 3 stars as for the price of the item I expected it to be ready assembled however I was surprised that it arrived in a small box and I had to assemble it myself, I'm not great at self assembly but after a little fiddling about a managed to fix it together”

“Not happy as such - colour is good but the quality of the connection between shade and the light fitting is underwhelming and leaves the lamp at a lean”

“Not bad lights. Ordered 8 and one had a missing spike but they sent 4 more lights as a replacement They have been placed correctly in full sun light but don’t last 8 hours as claimed. Only one out 12 last longer than 5 hours. They are really bright the brightest solar lights I have seen.”

“The lamps I ordered are fine. However before I completed my order I was recommended bulbs, so I added them before buying. The lamps show up, the bulbs aren't compatible. Not really ideal.”

“Ordered this uplighter in grey but is definitely mor beige than grey. The light is not open at the top it has a white perspex panel and the light produced is very white and clinical. A good quality light but not for me.”

“Lovely products at a good price, along with fast delivery............however, we have had to order the same product 3 times now as the first 2 deliveries were received, opened and both damaged. Customer Services were great at rectifying the problems though and replacements were sent but PLEASE do liaise with the distribution/packing department and ask them to use bubble wrap or air bags to stop this from happening! It will no doubt save you a lot of money!”

“I was pleased with the 4 wall lights I purchased however the ceiling light I bought for my bathroom was faulty, with 1 of the 6 spotlights not working!”

“The nautical style tripod floor lamp I ordered arrived defective. It does not work at all. I phoned Iconiclights customer service team who were very helpful in arranging a courier to collect the faulty lamp and deliver a new one. Hopefully this all goes to plan later this week.”

“The gold inner some part was missing albeit a small triangle as it was stuck on wrong so the mini triangle piece that was missing was overlaid onto the white which was shoddy workmanship. Gutted.”

“The lampshade looks fabulous in my friends house which is why I bought it, but I haven't even taken it out of the box since I heard that it's tricky to assemble and hard on the thumbs. What a shame - probably a waste of money as it'll just sit in the box now until it's stored on a shelf in the loft.”

“The products appear to be good, the communication 'poor' they send emails from an email address asking questions of me, yet when I reply on there incoming email the dont accept emails and message is rejected, and returned to me, Contact is even when you tick box saying 'I am not a Robot' that fails too, why dont they want replies when they send emails out?”

“The 4 Florette bedside lights were delivered promptly, the Postman however was not happy as the 4 boxes were just sellotaped together, would have been better in one larger box. We have now disposed of loads of polystyrene, and pondering how best to remove the the 'stickers' attached the the chrome base - right on the front, without damaging the chrome base. Maybe better stuck on the back by the flex, or on the underside.”
