“Received item in good delivery time. Opened up the package as came in 2 separate boxes, disappointed as for £40 you would expect something slightly more robust but this is quite flimsy.”

“Lights look great but the two pieces of the stem won't join properly with the screw provided - there is no hole. the light doesn't sit straight and wobbles. I have emailed but haven't heard”

“There was no email saying item had been dispatched with tracking available. The item I ordered says chrome in the description but it is brass. A nice product otherwise at a very reasonable price.”

“I did order ceiling light and 2 is table lights. However I needed to send ceiling light back - unfortunately ordering from iconiclights - customers need to pay for return delivery. I tried to find return policy on web - but where's nothing about it.”

“Lights received very quickly and very happy with most aspects of the purchase - my only gripe being that the description was very vague - the listing said the cable length was 5 metres - seeing as the light had 4 cables from it I has simply assumed it was 4x1.25m (ample length for a normal house) - on delivery of the lights I found out it was 4x5m (seriously?!?! Each light had 20m of cabling! - anyway, several hours later I had cut, spliced and recabled everything and now have what I thought I had purchased. I think Iconiclights should clearly state that the length of each drop is 5 metres individually who lives in a house where a metre drop is required?!?!) Long story short, happy with purchase but not with item description.”

“Website friendly. I bought 2 lights but one didn't say it didn't come with bulb. Also floor lamp difficult to keep at required angle with wingnut. Table lamp said white in description but it is cream. Good value.”

“I can't fault the service but I am not really happy with the lightshades - unfortunately I'd removed the outer wrapping so I could see what they were like, and can't return. It is just that they look a bit garish compared to how I thought they'd look from the website pictures.”

“Light shade looks cheap and not as nice in the picture. Came in parts so had to be assembled by me which was not mentioned on the product details. On the other hand, it still looks cool and came within a few days.”

“I was very happy with the lamp I bought but very disappointed to find the bulb I wanted to go with it was out of stock. Annoying I found this out only after the purchase. This should be updated on your website.”

“Super quick delivery. In fact my lamp shades were delivered within 24hrs of ordering. The reason I am pretty unhappy is because one of the welds on the lamp shade was broken and also when I tightened the lock ring, the plastic price that holds it in place is not big enough and just falls out therefore the lights look good but unfortunately are completely impractical.”

“Hadn't appreciated I would have to assemble this from flat, myself. As a result, rather than the promised contemporary twisted ribbon effect, from some angles it looks like a child's effort with paper chains; also the bulb is visible through it. More cheap and cheerful, than cool craftsmanship.”

“I wanted two GU10 LED bulbs with 'Dawn and dusk' facility to go under a canopy. Rang customer services to ask if one would affect the other when they lit. Was informed that they would be ok. I ordered 4 so that I had some spares. They arrived very quickly but each box tells me to make sure that they were installed at least 1.5 metres apart???”

“I did not realise that the shade was self-assembly, my partner has been trying to put it together since it arrived (he is normally good at this sort of thing.) Once you slide one piece in, the other comes out, he thinks that the grooves are too short to hold the panels, also the panel shapes are not quite right, as they don't stay curved as in the photo. It would be an attractive shade if we can ever get it assembled!”
