“The bulbs I bought were a very good price, but despite buying a specialist LED dimmer switch they do not dim. I am disappointed that they do not work.”

“The lamp base is beautiful. The light shade is the worst I have ever seen!! Put together with VELCRO and numerous marks. Kept the lamp but had to purchase a replacement shade.”

“Misleading website which leads one to wrongly assume the light fittings are included in costs quoted. Can’t now use light until I buy additional fittings which makes cost of original unattractive!”

“Lovely looking lamp for a reasonable price, however the lightbulb recomended for this lamp does not fit, thankully managed to use it elsewhere. Should be stated that this requires a golf ball style bulb.”

“Not happy. We bought an Arc light on a marble base. Arrived on time and quite well packaged. However on assembly it became clear that the base was barely heavy enough to stop the light tipping over when the light was fully extended. The marble base will move up and down if you touch the lamp. We have had to put an extra weight on the base. Also the method of attaching the tube to the base is so poor that it will not stay completely upright. Wants to lean forward. Also not sure the quality of the fittings justifies the price. Eg. Cheap plastic foot switch. For £100 plus this lamp should be much better designed and constructed.”

“Gorgeous spirals and beautiful colours (red + copper). No option for buying a bulb but easy enough to get. Nightmare to put up though. Hopefully weigh themselves down a wee bit more.”

“Nice lights with quick standard delivery. Just disappointed that I hadn't realised I needed double insulated wiring for the wall lights. It didnt mention if they were insulated in the spec and I didnt think about it. Will have to return them. Very sad about as they are beautiful wall lights.”

“I placed an order but shortly afterwards wanted to add to it...I called but there was no answer....when I rang the next day the lady said it was too late to add to it as even though I had bought it just that late afternoon eg circa 5pm previously. That is fine. But then I do need to buy another product and now return one (which wasn't up to the quality I expected). I h ad to pay postage as I was under the purchase amount limit.....I am stuck now!! Needing an extra light and one to return which will cost a lot in postage. I did email customer service but haven't heard back.”

“Received item in good delivery time. Opened up the package as came in 2 separate boxes, disappointed as for £40 you would expect something slightly more robust but this is quite flimsy.”
