“Very happy with lights. Quite easy to put together. Unhappy with delivery. Order was placed and package was received 2 days later. Unfortunately, the package was not complete as we received only the base. Tracking number did not work/exist so had to call to be advised the rest would arrive next day. This did not happen. Had to call twice before receiving the rest. Would have been nice to be advised.”

“Have already done so. Not impressed as the box contained a completely useless set of instructions which bore no resemblance to the contents. I had to phone to find out how to set up the lights. Very poor customer service. Why not put correct instructions in box in first place.”

“The lstand itself is nice but the lamp shade is rubbish. It is cheap and you have to make ot up yourself. it attaches together with a piece of velcro. We have had to buy a replacement shade for the stand”

“Lovely lamp with one major exception. The lampshade was sent folded up not rolled so when fitted it does not make a round lampshade. It’s a real shame as the rest of the lamp is fantastic.”

“My order arrived, but it was damaged. I rang up and the guy I was talking to said they were sending a replacement out that day. That was almost a week ago and I haven’t received it yet”

“The delivery was very was quick. The lamp looks lovely but I cannot fit it together as, on trying to fit the lamp ( after opening box in situ) I have discovered that the ‘ stop en ds’ detailed on the diagram are missing! Please advise as soon as. Thank you JANET Holden- Ross”

“Loved the lamps..Thou when i was fixing them the plastic connector on the shade had broke on both lamps which makes the shades sit in a slant..Im constantly putting selotape on them to keep them stright”

“The round copper looking part of the light, does not keep it's shape very well and the joints where it connects is quite noticeable. . It's good, but for 50 quid, maybe it should be a bit better...”

“Item arrived quickly and well packaged. However, the lamp although cheap in cost, the clamping parts are not suitable and poorly designed to hold the lamp firmly in place. I will be putting the lamp into the bin if I cannot modify the clamp to work correctly.”

“Bit disappointed with the shade on the lamp. Wasn't aware when buying that the shade had to be rolled around the frame to be made up. The large frame has 2 joins where the material meets and can be seen from every angle, which dosent look great. Quick service and happy with lamp otherwise.”
