I recently ordered 2 table lamps but was dissapointed when I opened them to find one of the shades was dinted

The light is lovely but was not happy that when I took the sticker off at the top it took the coating of the lamp and the coating also came off the bottom when I was trying to screw the bottom to tighten it..

My parcel came all bashed and had a whole in the box the light it’s self was wrapped very well in bubble wrap to protect it from damage

I ordered a beautiful lamp and was pleased with how quick the delivery was. However, on opening the lamp, I was very disappointed. There were several marks all over the base of the lamp which were very noticeable. Customer service were more than helpful, top marks to Monika. I asked her if the lamps were checked before despatched for any defects but apparently not. She said she would personally find me a replacement and check for damage. She got back to me a day later to advise that, unfortunately, all the lamps had the same defect. A full refund was given which was appreciated but I do feel sorry for other buyers as these lamps are still for sale on the website which i don't think is acceptable, unless there has been new stock which is undamaged.

Light is nice enough. The wood in the picture looks a lot lighter than it is. It’s quite dark.

Had a problem with new customer code , it said get £5 of for new customers who signs up to newsletters I did this but never got the discount when I email the company this never got resolved , I did receive my item which was of very good quality and arrived very well packed and within the set time . The item unfortunately was not suitable so now returned awaiting a refund .

I loved the lights which look beautifully in my master en suite and master bedroom. The only problem I had was that I ordered and paid for next day delivery and when they arrived the next day both lights had broken crystals and I was sent another full fitting to replace the broken ones the next which defeated the next day charge. Also the third box when it arrived had broken crystals too! The packaging was just not good enough to get them to you in one piece!

had too make a transition piece up to secure shade in place as the brass ring was too small on 1 of the 3 lights purchased and the shade kept falling out ! too much of a ball ache to send them back . look ok now they are up.

Lights that were purchased look amazing. However there were some small shards of glass in the lights and one came with no fixings. Very fast delivery would probably use again.

Delivery was quick but lamp shade was a lot small than I thought and doesn’t look as fluffy also very dark hardly get any light from it

Wall lights ok bit smaller than expected, buying wall lights didn't expect flex and plug?? Was able to have fitted without.

Delivered promptly and I haven’t actually contacted customer services as I’ve chosen to keep it but this was flat packed and looked cheap unfortunately. I didn’t read to see if it was flat packed before. It just isn’t particularly well finished but it was very cheap

We bought a new lamp which was delivered quickly. Unfortunately it was damaged so I’m having to return it which is a shame as both my wife and my I liked it. Because of this we decided not to order another one the same. Iconic lights customer service have been quick to respond and we’re just awaiting an email from them to return the faulty lamp.
