First delivery the lamp arrived smashed. Second delivery the stem in the lamp was wonky.

Absolutely appalling service, products ordered as couple of weeks ago, nothing delivered, had to contact customer service twice before they promised to resend with a different courier next day delivery and after 3 days still nothing. The most unreliable service I have ever come across. I haven’t even seen the products themselves yet so can’t comment on quality

If I could give zero stars for this website then I would. Ordered some walls lights but then decided to not actually have them installed. Asked to return the items less than 3 days after receipt. This was 3 weeks ago. They say they've arranged a courier to pick up twice who hasn't show up so I've waited in on two separate occasions for no reason. Now they are ignoring my emails. Absolute crooks - order with caution!

The light had damage on the legs of the lamp and the bulb I paid for never came, tried to contact customer services but could not get through.

I've had 2 problems with Iconic Lights. Firstly I paid for next day delivery. They said the courier tried to deliver (when I was in) but I didnt have a knock on the door or delivery notice. Perhaps this wasn't their fault but when I complained suggesting the delivery company was at fault for leaving me no delivery notifications and no emails or texts (as I'd paid extra for next day delivery) they ignored me. Not the customer service I was hoping for. Then I returned x4 items. I had to chase SO many times to get the refund for all of the items. The refund ended up coming in x3 different payments after I had chased by email and finally phone after my final email was ignored (to be fair the guy I eventually spoke to on the phone was really helpful). Basically - be careful about returns and call - don't email if you have a problem. In terms of the product quality, the items I did keep were good value and look good. Not the best quality in terms of stirdiness or materials but you get what you pay for! The other shady (sorry for the pun) thing about the reviews on this site is the amount of good reviews which have pushed out any bad ones. There seem to be a lot of generic amazing reviews over just the last few days! Perhaps I'm cynnical.

Ordered on the 5TH next day delivery (apparently lost) ITS NOW THE 13TH promised them today long wait and still no sign of them not very impressed at all 😖

I like the look of the lamp, however it states the is 4 settings and only 2 work so I’m waiting for them To contact me in regards to an exchange. No response as yet I wrote the email yesterday.

The lights I ordered were listed as ‘brushed chrome’. The lights I have received are polished chrome. When I have followed this up I have been told it is a “listing error, we don’t do those lights in brushed chrome”. It was well into the phone call before an apology was even offered. Really poor service and incorrect products sent to me. 1/10

The lamps we purchased are great but the delivery was absolutely shocking. We payed for next day delivery yet the items didnt arrive for nearly 2 weeks. Wont be ordering from iconic lights again.

I purchased a ceiling light from Iconic Lights was so happy with my purchase. Delivery time was very quick and I feel it was great value for money as have seen the same sort of light in other shops which were more expensice and the one I purchased was good quality. I therefore made another purchase and will definitely recommend Iconic Lights to family and friends 😁

Extremely disappointing, the shades arrived with no lamp holders or flex, clearly not as shown in the online sales photo( see below ), furthermore it clearly states on the information list " no wiring required " I now have to arrange the flex and lamp holder wiring. This must contravene the Trade Descriptions Act
