My lights are damaged and i want a refund paying that sort of money for lights to come damged is scandaless

We haven’t received our lights, or any explanation for it. I know they’ve been broken in transit and returned by the courier, but I’ve not been notified by yourselves.

This lamp was flimsy, and generally of poor quality. The moveable light part was completely jammed. I returned it.

I at last found a lamp to match my bedding. Excitedly waited and, when I opened the parcel, was extremely disappointed. I had a box full of materials to make it! It was not mentioned that the buyer would have to make the shade! I would not recommend, and will be sending it back - a complete waste of time and money!!!

Poor quality, standing lamp not sturdy shade keeps falling down, have to Make up your own shades with velcro would not buy again from this company very poor and disappointed after buying 3 sets

The black rubber under the bottom of the lamp was almost off revealing dried glue. Lamp has stopped working the next day. I am so unhappy about this situation as I don't think I will be shopping here anymore.

There was a piece missing from the lamp and now the shade does not sit properly and wobbles. The shades themselves were challenging to assemble, as you had to make sure the Velcro was even and then had to take it off again if it wasn’t sitting right.

Although I can’t fault the delivery time and ordering I am disappointed with the product. I ordered the yellow geometric shade and it isn’t great. It has streaks of blue dye on it which look like an issue with the manufacturing/ quality control. Not good.

This lamp is not what it says on the tin. It comes flat packed with two strips of material that you have to assemble onto the frame. Ultimately you’re left with a rather poorly shaped lampshade with 2 clearly visible Velcro seams. Disappointed and returned.

Poor communication from seller. Enquiries over missed delivery were unclear and was only told part of order was out of stock following attempt to rearrange missed delivery. Will not be using again.

Shocking customer service item still hasn’t arrived and when I phoned told to change my delivery address still waiting on refund won’t shop with you again!

Shocking service when trying to call regarding a missing delivery Hermes were delivering to wrong address and even after I pointed it out it was too late and I would have to wait to have it resent another week told to phone back again and made to feel it’s my problem! First and last order with you!!

A quick and efficient service which was great. However, I bought 2 table lamps and on the product page it offered the option to add bulbs to the order at an extra cost. I did, but when they arrived they weren't the correct bulbs for the lamps. Now I have 4 useless light bulbs which don't fit in any socket in my house. Bit disappointing.

The worst service I have ever received. Could not even manage a correct delivery, once that issue was sorted I was contacted via email and told the correct delivery would be with me the following day, this did not happen, waited another 2 full days each day same promise no delivery. Finally received my lights on the 4th day, the lights are actually lovely, just what I wanted. They would have been a very reasonable price had it not been for the cost of me waiting for the delivery. Telephone staff very polite and helpful, as far as I can see they are just unfortunate enough to work for a company with very poor ethics. Much as I like the lights would not deal with this company again.
